Please note: The rental as quoted is for the two bedroom main house. There is a small additional fee is you would like to also use the cabin.

Quiet private location just 50 meters onto the Callala Bay beach. This beach is approximately two km long and backs onto the beautiful bush of Jervis Bay National Park.

The house is 150 meters from a boat ramp and a wharf that is great for fishing, and with its own resident pelicans. It is close to rock pools, walks, bike tracks and is a three minute drive to shops which include IGA, chemist, butcher, bakery, restaurants etc.

There are two double bedrooms and a large bathroom in the main house.

The third bedroom is in separate cabin with 2+2 bunks, its own TV, DVD and room to relax. It is perfect for older children. A separate small bathroom for the cabin is attached to the main house.

Perfect for one family, or two families to share.

Maximum occupancy is 6 adults and four children.

Gas BBQ and outdoor setting.

Full well equipped kitchen with new stove, dishwasher, microwave and full size fridge.
Washing machine, dryer.
TV with Google Chromecast and DVD in main house, separate TV & DVD in cabin. There is an extensive DVD library.

This is a completely smoke-free and pet-free property.

Please note: Linen (sheets, pillowslips, doona covers, towels and tea-towels) is NOT provided but we can provide information on a local supply company. All beds have pillows and doonas.

A one off cleaning fee applies to all bookings.

For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.
