Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Das Appartement ist toll gelegen und hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den Hafen. Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung waren makellos. Es war sogar zur Begrüßung Wasser, Wein und Milch im Kühlschrank.Wir können es nur unbedingt weiter empfehlen.Danke für alles.

Tolle Wohnung - toller Kontakt - einzigartiger Meerblick

Tres bel appartement.Tres bien équipé et avec des petits plus bien utiles (kit salle de bain -cuisine....).Vue parfaite et très calme. Acceuil trés agréable et très pro. Situé au plus haut de la petite colline il y a donc un petit peu de marche à faire si vous decidez de laisser la voiture au parking.

Traumhafte Lage - Entspannung pur

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Bandol. Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft - ruhig und doch zentral. Zu Fuß sind die Restaurants gut zu erreichen. Für den Supermarkt empfiehlt sich ein PKW. Diesmal nutzten wir unseren Aufenthalt, um uns die Gegend anzuschauen. Wir werden bestimmt auch mal zum Wandern oder Biken kommen. Die Lage und die uneingeschränkte Sicht auf das Meer machen den Aufenthalt unvergessen. Der Check-In durch Frank und Odile war perfekt. Wir hatten jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Über den Dächern von Bandol

Die Wohnung befindet sich im oberen Teil des Ortes am Waldrand in einer Residenz. In den Ort braucht man zu Fuß etwa eine halbe Stunde. Der Rückweg ist relativ steil aber machbar. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr große Terrasse, von der aus man einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer hat. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt, das Bad neu renoviert. Der Empfang durch Frank war sehr herzlich. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Magnifique!

Excellent accueil par Frank et ensuite on découvre un appartement impeccable et très bien équipé. L’emplacement est parfait juste assez près de tout mais suffisamment loin pour jouir d’une belle tranquilité. L’effet WOW se fait du côté de cette magnifique terrasse et de la vue sur la baie de Bandol, c’est une carte postale!

Einfach herrlich!

Wir hatten im April einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Bandol. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön! Sauber, großzügig, gutes Badezimmer. Sie hat wie es schon andere beschreiben einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und Bandol. Die Terrasse ist zum Genießen, mit angenehmen Liegestühlen und einer guten Markise, die es bei Sonne auch braucht. Daß das Bett 1,60 breit ist, ist in Frankreich auch nicht selbstverständlich. Wenn man diese - wirklich die oberste, am Rande dieses Ortsteil gelegene Wohnung bucht- muss einem bewußt sein, dass man z.B. abends nicht mal schnell in den Ort, zum Hafen etc geht. Es ist durchaus mit einem Angang verbunden und etwas sportlich. Man geht etwa 30 min. Zurück natürlich steil nach oben. Doch die Gestaltung des Urlaubs , Erkunden der schönen Umgebung am Meer und im Hinterland, da ist man eh viel unterwegs und genießt es abends auch mal in der Wohnung bzw. auf der Terasse. Wenn es einem wichtig, eine komfortable Wohnung zu haben, mit tollem Blick und anderen Annehmlichkeiten, ist man hier genau richtig untergebracht. Die Kommunikation vorab und währenddessen war auch sehr gut. Wir würden wieder buchen!

Wunderschönes Apartment über dem Meer

Unsere Zeit in Bandol war ein Traum - u.a. weil wir uns in der kleinen Wohnung von Chantal so wohl fühlen konnten. Es mangelte uns an nichts und meine Bedenken, dass das Schlafzimmer zu klein sein könnte war völlig unberechtigt. Gefühlt genauso groß wie die gesamte Wohnung war die traumhafte Terrasse. Wir nutzen diese Dank des zauberhaften Wetters fast täglich - sei es zum Frühstück oder zum Relaxen auf den Liegestühlen. Den Ausblick auf das Meer und über die Bucht von Bandol ist nicht mit Gold aufzuwiegen - ich habe ihn jeden Morgen wieder kontrolliert und hatte sofort gute Laune!!! Das Apartment liegt im obersten Abschnitt der Anlage - ohne Auto geht gar nichts. Zu unserer Urlaubszeit war das aber überhaupt kein Problem, man bekommt immer und überall einen Parkplatz. Wir haben das Leben „wie Gott in Frankreich“ drei Wochen lang genossen und sind bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen. Vielen Dank für ALLES Chantal!

L'appartement est parfait, il ne manque absolument rien. Les équipements sont de qualité et en très bon état. La terrasse est très agréable et la vue époustouflante, on ne s'en lasse pas de jour comme de nuit et elle nous manque déjà. Seul petit hic la piscine c'est est un peu loin à notre goût. Nous avons très bien été accueillis par Franck, c'était parfait.

Logement très bien équipé et vue à couper le souffle !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très agréable, en excellent état et très bien équipé (la clim est vraiment appréciable en période de canicule ; l'appartement dispose d'un vrai réfrigérateur - pas d'un mini frigo sous plan - et tout l'électroménager est de qualité). Sur les 5 appartements que j'ai déjà loués aux Katikias, celui-ci est sans aucun doute celui qui est le plus beau et le mieux entretenu. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le fait que les propriétaires laissent à disposition la petite épicerie (sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, épices), et quelques denrées de base (sucre, riz, pâtes, quelques capsules Nespresso, etc), ce qui permet de ne pas avoir à tout acheter en arrivant. Idem pour les doses de lessive et lave-vaisselle. Vraiment tout est fait pour que l'on se sente comme chez soi, et c'est réussi ! La grande terrasse très bien exposée offre une vue panoramique magnifique sur la baie de Bandol. Cela fait 7 ans que je loue dans cette résidence et je ne m'en lasse pas... La piscine de la résidence est entourée de magnifiques plantations et offre elle aussi une très belle vue sur la mer. Franck, qui nous a accueillis en l'absence des propriétaires, est très serviable, disponible, et donne d'excellents conseils sur les bonnes adresses à Bandol. A noter : - il est difficile d'avoir l'obscurité dans la chambre si le volet roulant de la baie vitrée de la pièce principale est remonté car les portes coulissantes qui séparent les 2 pièces sont équipées de vitres opaques mais qui laissent passer la lumière. - l'appartement est situé vraiment tout en haut de la résidence à flanc de colline, donc lorsqu'on veut remonter à pied de la piscine située tout en bas, il faut un peu de courage (environ 200 marches) et une bonne boisson fraîche en arrivant ;-)

Un petit coin de paradis

J'étais déjà enchantée des échanges avec la propriétaire, tout était parfait! Arrivés sur place, nous avons été accueillis par Franck qui est adorable et au petit soin pour les hôtes. C'est la première fois que nous vivions un tel accueil! Ecoute, bienveillance, conseils, petites attentions..... TOUT était parfait. Et alors, cet appart!!!!!!! Un bijou, il correspond totalement à la description et la vue est plus époustouflante encore que sur les photos. Calme, sérénité, repos.... même les qq marches qui nous séparent de la piscine sont un moment de zénitude. La piscine est vraiment top, propre et d'excellente température en ce mois de juillet. Nul doute que nous garderons en mémoire notre séjour à Bandol!

Toller Urlaub in Südfrankreich

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, toller Blick aufs Meer und Bandol. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, auch in der Küche.. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit genossen..den tollen großen Pool in der Anlage haben wir öfter genutzt, da hätten wir uns noch Liegen gewünscht. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Vielen Dank für die sehr nette Kommunikation! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
