Family house Futura is a beach Mediterranean style house, located in the pure nature next do the sea, in a quiet surrounding, providing anti-stress therapy from everyday city living. 70 sqm house is situated on the 1000 sqm land in solitude where dominating blue and green colors of the sea, pine and olive trees, accompanied with crickets music gives you a perfectly peaceful and romantic atmosphere. On the stone beach, just 10 m from the house, you can enjoy sounds of valves, a touch of sun and live different stories of nature. In front of the house is a 35 sqm pool filled with seawater and equipped with a solar shower. Water in the house is from the tank and can be used only for washing, cooking, and showering. Milna, the nearest small town, just 3 miles away, offers you everything you need from the supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, and beautiful ACY marine. Country road that leads to the property gives a final touch to fit your perfect Robinson vacation.

Wunderschöne Wohlfühloase

Wir haben hier mit 3 Kindern (10-19J) und Hund zwei wunderschöne Wochen direkt am Wasser verbracht. Das Haus ist neu renoviert, bestens ausgestattet- nichts hat gefehlt! - sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es liegt direkt am Wasser. Auch der Außenbereich läßt mit herrlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, Pool, Boulebahn und Grillofen kaum Wünsche offen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im 5 km entfernten und über einen Schotterweg ein wenig abenteuerlich aber gut zu erreichenden Hafenort Milna. Der perfekte Ort für einen entspannenden Robinsonurlaub in wunderschöner Natur direkt am Meer. Wir hatten mit mitgebrachten Schnorchelsachen, Faltboot und SUP viel Spaß. Mückenschutz mitzubringen ist empfehlenswert. Ein riesiges und herzliches Dankeschön an Ivana und ihre Familie für die liebevolle und immer hilfsbereite Versorgung !!!! Wir haben uns so willkommen gefühlt und sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen!!!

My family lives on island Brač for generations. Many of us went to the nearest city of Split to finish school gets a job, and many migrated to Chile in the last century. But, love and affection for the country and our island Brač is always here. My parents live in Milna, and I live in a small town near Split, Solin. During the summer my kids and I are in Milna as well in the winter as much as my business obligations allowed me to.

Family house Fortuna is, as the word says, a family house built with lots of love and affection, meant for people who want to feal peacefully, relaxed and happy. It was built for everyone who wants to escape from everyday obligations and stress, enjoy the beauty of nature, and live with nature in a perfect match. If you love the sea, sun, waves, and wind, as well as wildlife of fishes, seagulls, boats, crickets, ladybugs, bees, pines and olive trees, you are in the right place.

What makes this property unique

The house is located in solitude property where you can have perfect privacy and perfect Robinson style vacation. You can swim in the crystal clear sea or in the pool just, both in front of the house. Everything you may need from "civilization" is just 3 miles away, 15-minute drive in the country road.
