The country home is situated in Milton Park Estate amid acres of beautiful gardens, and surrounding fields, and approximately 8 km drive from the villages of nearby Bowral, Mittagong and Berrima.



Located in the southern highlands, it is only a 90 minute drive down the freeway from Sydney, via Mittagong. Or, if you care for a more scenic and leisurely drive, it can be approached via the south coast and through the Kangaroo Valley.

This 3 bedroom house has been fully renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms. reverse cycle air con/ heating open fire place.
All bedrooms have delightful garden and/or rural views. 3 bedrooms comprising 1 King with ensuite, 1 queen bedroom, the third has two single beds. There is an additional 2 mattresses suitable for children on request.

A fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and garaging for two cars.

A barbecue and entertaining terrace is adjacent to the living area.

The region's amenities and attractions

The Milton Park Country Resort and Spa, a short stroll through the hedgerow and English country garden, has dining facilities, and an adjoining spa and gym, which guests are able to use, subject to paying the requisite membership or casual day charges, and making appropriate reservations with Resort or Spa staff.

In addition to all the amenities in Bowral itself, there are numerous restaurants, antique shops and galleries in the surrounding historic villages of Berrima, Bundanoon, Exeter, Moss Vale, Robertson and Sutton Forest.

Kangaroo Valley, Fitzroy Falls, Wombeyan Caves, and the historic south coast town of Berry, are all only a short drive away.

There are several first class golf courses, as well as several wineries in the district; and, the famous Bradman Museum, honouring Sir Don Bradman, and the game of cricket, is located in Bowral.
