Ocean Mist Villa is a three bedroom, two bathroom villa, located as part of Bayside Retreat, nestled on Middleton Bay, midway between Middleton Beach and Emu Point.
You are just a few minutes by car from the centre of historic Albany, and if you like boatiing and fishing - there's boat parking available on site, plus a lauching ramp at nearby Emu point.
Just a short walk and you're on beautiful Middleton bay, feeling the snow-white sand beneath your feet and breathing the soft salt air.
Only a well-hit three iron and you're on the acclaimed links course at Albany Golf Club.
If you wish to escape the kitchen, there's fine cuisine at nearby Emu Point and Middleton Beach, plus a number of quality restaurants in Albany itself.

We booked 10 houses on our trip. Unfortunately, Collingwood Park was not among the best. The positives: The house is clean and is very well located. But for this price a lot of little things are wrong. Two bedrooms do not have mosquito nets. The shower curtain in the first bathroom is so short it floods the room every time. The toilet for the other room is tiny. The size is still acceptable for 4 people. In our opinion, the house certainly cannot take more people......

Dear Use G. thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We are very disappointed that you found your stay not to your liking, and maybe we were not suited to your requirements. We are a small beachside villa, ( no mosquito nets required ) Our ensuite shower has been modified to allow for disabled access, with a standard size shower curtain fitted. We are happy to provide extra bathmats should our guests be messy shower people, We have recently upgraded our toilets, both are standard size toilets. We have many families that stay with us and happily return year after year We strongly recommend our guests take the time to view our website where they will find more information and better rates, We thank you for your review, and we hope you enjoy the rest of the your holiday best regards, Rob and Helen
