Great unit with everything provided. In a perfect spot. Easy walk to beach and town.Parking was a bit awkward with a small shared driveway. One thing really missing is wifi. Would stay again.
Very neat and tidy apartment that could easily accommodate a family. The bunk room upstairs has a TV and DVD player and is air conditioned. All appliances in good working order and well maintained. A very short walk to the sheltered bay and an easy walk to the cafes and restaurants.
Thanks Guys, the trip was great. Not sure that the dryer works but still couldn't fault anything. We didn't use upstairs at all so you save on the cleaning there.
Was very clean apart from dust under beds. Fully stocked kitchen was amazing and generous. A little disappointing there was no WiFi for this day in age! Excellent location. Will definitely recommend, just bring usb WiFi!
Convenient location within walking distance to the town and beach.
Accommodation was fully stocked with every requirement for self catering, however, cleanliness was disappointing but in no way spoiled our stay - would book the Pelican again.
Excellent property that suited our needs perfectly. Yes the parking is awkward but we managed.
The location was great, 100m to the beach and a 5-7 min walk into the the center of town. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings.
One minor point is that the patio door locks could do with some attention as they are stiff and awkward to use but otherwise no complaints at all.
For the price this property cannot be beaten!
We will definitely stay there again.

Great Location, Kid friendly
The house was clean, located super close to the beach and town. We ordered pizza and went and sat on the beach for dinner and watched the sunset. The kids loved the board games and the books at the house.

Great Location
Great location 2mins to beach, 10min walk to town. Very quiet. Well stocked unit. The main downside is the parking as very tight, was just okay with a medium sedan, any bigger you may have problems.

My family and I found this cottage to be in a great location, not even 2 mins walk to the beach - less than 10mins walk from Dunsborough shops. The cottage has everything you could possibly need or want from a hairdryer to a casserole dish! Fantastic holiday, would definately book again and have already reccomended to family and friends!
