This delightful 2 Bedroom self-contained cottage offers a queen size bed and 2 single beds. There are split systems air conditioners in each room so as to make your stay more comfortable. There is also a Digital Television in the Main Room. Sit Back and relax after a stroll along the River in the Lounge/Dining which has a large television and DVD/Video and fully equipped Kitchen. There are 2 Balconies for your relaxation with mountain views. A Single L/U Garage and off street parking for a total 2 cars.



The Cottage is situated only 50 metres from the heart of the Warburton Township and a minutes walk to the beautiful Yarra River and nearby Forests/Mountains. Enjoy a game of golf, tennis, bowls or take in a local football match during the season.

Great base for all warburton activities, necessary as we rode to Warburton. House is clean , warm , well set up and love the deck. Has a bath, which is wonderful. Walked la la falls and enjoyed the Alpine hotel

Beautiful property in lovely Warburton

Cosy 2 bedroom house with a cottage feel. Very clean with all amenities. Very warm on a chilly weekend with great heating. Owner was super helpful with instructions and tips on what to do in the area.

Charming place

What a lovely stay, the house was very comfortable, beds as well. Option of heating and cooling in all the rooms. The entire house gave a very homely vibe, and the back garden was so nice and quiet. It was just a perfect stay and we loved all the little messages on all the appliances too which made our lives easier.

This property is the benchmark by which all Stayz or short term stay properties should be judged. Everything about Annie's Escape is perfect. The listing is super accurate and honest, the location is even closer to amenities and nature walks than expected. The house is equipped as well as or better than my own home. From cleaning and personal soaps, to napkins, tissues, ample towels, extra blankets this place has every conceivable necessity. The house is in immaculate condition, extremely well looked after, squeaky clean and no cheap shortcuts on linen etc.Annie has been a perfect host, great communicator and lovely to deal with. Also the value for money has been exceptional. I am a seasoned traveller and needed a quiet retreat to concentrate on business planning, I can't recommend Annie's Retreat too strongly. Such a contrast to the disappointment of arriving at a proper that has been misrepresented. I will be back a s soon as possible. Thank you Annie, I'd give 10 stars if I was allowed!

Cosy Comfort

Annie's Escape was very well equipped with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay in Warbuton, including an umbrella which was much needed on our arrival. The view from the kitchen with the low clouds rolling through was majestic. We bought our bikes, and even though we only had one clear day for riding, the location of Annie's Escape was perfect for the rail trail. The location was also great for setting off on walks, the information centre and cafes/restaurants. It was very cold in Warbuton, but Annie's Escape kept us toasty. Thanks Annie!

Peaceful Retreat

The minute you open the door, WOW, what a delightful cosy welcoming unit. The property had everything that you want. A well equipped kitchen, well heated or cooled. We just relaxed in the unit, enjoying the tranquility of the place and absorbing the hills and greenery around. So convenient, short walk to the shops and the river. This is our 3rd visit to Annie's Place and will not hesitate to come back again in the near future. Thank-you Annie. You've done such a good job with the place.

Family Winter Break

Lovely stay at Annie’s Escape, they have thought of some many little extra comforts to make your stay very comfortable and homely. Property is very warm and a short walk to the Yarra River. Short walk to shops including local cafes. Very quiet area. Would def recommend to friends and family.

Home Away From Home

Our 2nd stay at Annie's place within 3 months. After our 1st stay, we said that we have to come back again as we loved the peace and tranquility of the place. And of course not forgetting the views from the unit. It’s in a great location close to the river walks and the shopping strip. We loved this comfortable home and has got everything that we want. We would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we are looking for somewhere to chill. Thank-you Annie.

Absolute Bliss & Tranquility

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Annie's place with gorgeous views of the hills. It was so peaceful and a great place to chill out. The place is a stone's throw to the shops and the river walks. The unit is spotless, well equipped with the basic amenities. The check-in was smooth with Annie and communication was swift. A truly wonderful stay, which won't disappoint. We loved it. Annie's Escape

Perfect for our family of four. The toys and games were loved by the kids. Location was excellent for walking into town. It felt bigger than what I expected from the photos. Annie was also exceptionally helpful.
