Everything went smoothly with check-in and the accommodation was what we needed for "in between" moving out of our home to move interstate while all the final pack up etc was done.

Apartment is renovated, nice and clean. Location easy to access public transport and supermarket. Only drawback is the aircon which is installed in living room. Cooling can hardly reach bedrooms.

The unit was everything we needed for our stay in Parramatta. It was lovely, apart from the clunkiness of having to meet with a Property Manager to complete additional paperwork, which could have been done before we arrived. We had a busy weekend planned and had to fit this in. It was not as seamless as booking through AirBNB. Other than that, the unit was well appointed, but with hard beds.

Parkside Apartments 35 Grose Street Parramatta was a great place to stay. Modern, very clean and central to all the restaurants and shops. We will be staying there in the future. Friendly service too

It was nothing special, but clean, the manager was polite and was there when she said she would be, and it met our needs for our short stay for events at Homebush. The large Coles supermarket was very close by, and there was a wide array of eating and takeaway options. Only down side was there wasn't anywhere near enough warm bedding for our family of four.
