Seven Seas Beach Villa

Truly walking distance to many attractions! This villa is a three story townhouse with private carport, big and bright living space, TV, Wifi, garden patio, gas BBQ, full size/fully equipet kitchen, air conditioner (A/C) in first floor, 3 bedrooms (with A/C), 2 1/2 bathrooms, laundry (washer and dryer) and a roof top terrace with amazing ocean views! There is a community pool only for residents and registered guests.

This house is steps away to a variety of beaches like Seven Seas and Playa La Reserva. These are very calm-sandy beaches where you can relax and rent kayaks, paddle boards or do snorkeling. There are several vendors for this activities. Also, you can take a tour to the famous Bioluminescent Bay (Laguna Grande) that is only 3 minutes away. This is one of the only five bioluminisent bays in the world!!
Or if you want to explore Fajardo's most secluded beaches, Playa Escondida (Hidden beach) and Playa Colorada...just take a 20-30 minute hike to reach the golden sands and crystal clear water.

Enjoy nearby restaurants and kiosks; many walking distance. Other restaurants are less than 5 minutes form the house.

We absolutely loved the Seven Seas Beach Villa! Mariel is an amazing host - super responsive, great recommendations, and exceptionally helpful. The condominium is beautiful and directly across the street from the beach. The location has tons to do including Playa Escondida, the marina area of Fajardo, El Yunque, and the Luquillo area. Again, we would come back in a second and rent from Mariel, who is the best.

Excellent location

We had a lovely stay, multiple beaches in walking distance. Food and drink options nearby. Rooftop was a wonderful way to spend the morning drinking some coffee.

Wonderful condo!

We loved staying here! It was super clean, well stocked and near the beach. Our host, Mariel, was excellent about answering all our questions. The beach chairs and umbrella provided were a nice surprise! We will definitely be back.

perfect neighborhood

Our family had a relaxing and fun vacation at the beach villa. All of the important activities to us were within walking distance. The beach is right across the street from the villa. On a daily basis we enjoyed the pool, beach, nature walking trail, rooftop terrace and restaurant next door. Thank you to our host for activity recommendations and immediate responsiveness to our questions.

Family stay

This was our first time to Puerto Rico and we have a wonderful stay. The villa was very clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the close proximity to many activities - biobay, boat to Icacos, rain forest, etc. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. There was a lot of rooster noise starting early each morning especially in one of the bedrooms - but nothing the host could do about this. We would definitely stay at this villa again!

Great Condo and Location

My wife and I and 4 adult children stayed a week at the condo. Was nice that there were 5 beds. We had plenty of spaces to stretch out. Unit was clean and well stocked. Having beach towels was a big plus. The location is great to get you close to El yunque, ferry boat to culebra, and only an hour to San Juan.There are multiple beaches you can walk to to get different types of water-- calm to rough.

My stay was at the condo was superb. It had all the accommodations necessary to make you feel at home. It is located steps away from the beach and very close to eating establishment. The home was very clean and secure. Mariel was very accommodating and quick on her response time. The grill in the patio was a plus.

Great place for a family

The condo was much larger than I expected with a wonderful roof deck that caught the constant ocean breezes. Mariel was very responsive to our questions and the place was spotless. It would have been nice for more shade on the roof and in the back yard. A public beach with gentle waves is right across the street. The ferry to Vieques and Culebra is a short drive and so is El Yunque. The only drawback was the road noise as the complex sits right on the busy coastal road.

Seven Seas Beach PR

This is my 4th stay at a VRBO. They’ve all been great but I believe this one is tops. Quiet neighborhood. The beach is across the street with access to water sports rentals and much easier access to the Bio bay tours than from the east side of the peninsula. You just paddle up the beach a bit rather than through the mangroves. El Yunque rain forest is nearby along with Luquillo Beaches and snorkel tours out of Fajardo. A 25 minute walk gets you to Hidden Beach which is amazing. We had 8 in our group and were very comfortable. Mariel tops it off with an easy check in process and prompt and helpful communication whenever we had a question. Don’t hesitate to book!

Lovely house near the beach

We had a lovely week here. The house is as pictured but bigger, more expansive. We had so much room. The roof is amazing. At night there is a cool breeze and you can see the stars. The location is perfect- across the street from a calm, shady beach. Several good restaurants are within a short walking stance. The most fun was the Pastelillos right on the beach. The house had everything we needed towels, sheets, hair dryers, lots of pots and pans to cook. The Wifi worked perfectly. And three bathrooms! The beds are comfortable and new. The towels are thick and fluffy. Really, we appreciated the attention to detail. Mariel responded quickly to all our questions and was very helpful and gracious. She made everything go smoothly and easily.

Relax at the Beach

Check- in was easy and Maribel gave detailed instructions. The community is quiet and secure. The pool is nice. The condo is spacious and clean and comfortable. The beds and bedding are comfortable, there are plenty of towels in the closet, kitchen has everything you need. The roof deck has shade and it was a pleasant place to feel the ocean breeze and relax. We enjoyed carryout pizza in the courtyard. Lots of restaurants nearby, and supermarkets are about 15 minutes away. The beach is beautiful and the surf is very calm thanks to the reef. Maribel is a great host and she responds very quickly. She was so helpful when my husband accidentally stepped on a sea urchin, answering my questions. She even checked in with us a few days later to see how he was doing. We also went night kayaking on the bioluminescent bay. It was an amazing experience!

10/10 would highly recommend

Our host was brilliant in terms of communication- she was more than happy to share local recommendations and she was ready and willing to assist us when we encountered a couple of unexpected issues at the condo. The condo was, simply put, perfect. The rooftop was my favorite as I could have easily spent hours daydreaming up there with a gorgeous view of the surroundings. The kitchen was well-equipped and we especially appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer for our laundry. The location was fantastic - walking distance to the beach and a number of awesome local restaurants. One thing I wish could have been improved - the lights were not functioning in the swimming pool area so it was a bit too dark for my liking, after sunset. And the pool itself had some debris in it, which was not the end of the world -but the beautiful nearby beach was a great alternative to the pool. Also loved that we were so close to the Fajardo biobay- super convenient for our planned biobay night time kayaking excursion. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here - you won’t regret it!

A January Escape to Fajardo

The checkin process was quite easy and the property was well equipped and clean. The internet worked flawlessly as did Netflix. On the weekend many of the other condos on the property fill up so it beccomes much noisier but it quieted down eventually at night. It's a 50 yd walk to the beach and the nearest restaurant.

Single moms getaway

We were a group of professional single-mom with the kids . The location is perfect (walking distance to the beach) , nice pool , closed-gated community that made it feel safe for the kids to be free and play . Clean and the host was available for questions . Great beach front property

If you are looking for a house near the beach, look no further this is the spot. We just cross the street and have access to Seven Seas , which is a great beach that has great snorkeling, kayaking and hiking to La Zanja. Unfortunately the light house is still closed due to construction from hurricane Maria damages, but we're able to see this as we kayak. The house was very clean and had all we needed, from beach towels, chairs and cooler. We lost water one of the days but Mariel and Felix promptly assisted us and were able to get the water reservoir turned on. The home has a balcony in the roof that provides a great view and in the evening you can sit and enjoy the ocean breeze. Our recommendations for this home would be: To improve the wifi connection which is only limited to first floor (no signal in second floor); Add curtains to the doors leading to terrace (sun is blazing in the mornings and makes the main floor hot which has no AC); Only one TV in the house (would add at least one more in master room); Couch in main floor is intended for outdoor furniture (may be practical for beach house, but not so comfortable when 5 adults are trying to have movie night). We do not consider any of these to be a deal breaker and this is why we gave it 5 stars and highly recommend this location. Overall we had an excellent time and enjoyed our time in PR.

Incredible Property

Simply put, this is an amazing property and I’d definitely stay here again. Mariel is the most amazing host I’ve ever encountered in all the years I’ve used vacation rentals. Her communication from the very beginning was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to give recommendations for things to do, places to eat, even a bakery to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Mariel clearly puts a lot of thought into the comfort and convenience of her guests, and it was much appreciated. This house had “basics” that other properties I’ve stayed in didn’t (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent). There were water bottles in the fridge upon arrival, which was super helpful since our plane got delayed and we got in much later than expected. The house itself is tastefully decorated, very clean, and conveniently located. There are two beaches just across the street from the villa. The pool was open and well cared for. There’s a restaurant right next door and lots to do near here. The air conditioning in each of the bedrooms were wonderful after spending most of our days outside. The house gets a great cross breeze with the windows and doors open. The patio was a wonderful addition and the place our family of 6 ate dinner each night. If you’re in Fajardo, give this place a stay. You won’t be disappointed.

Great Beach Getaway!!

The location of the property is walking distance to the beach. During the long weekend, when people were trying to access the Balneario parking lot, we were lucky to be able to walk to the beach with our things and leave the cars at the house. We also enjoyed the pool and BBQ all weekend long. We already rented the property again for Labor day!

Great Condo with Close Proximity to Many Water Activities

We loved our three nights in this spacious condo in a gated community near so many things to do. It was nice to come "home" to this clean, comfortable condo each night after a day of water activities or exploring El Yunque. Mariel provided more than the minimum details to check-in and check-out. She also provided ideas for activities that might be of interested to us and communicated with us regularly. She left some bottles of water in the refrigerator for us that were greatly appreciated when we arrived in Puerto Rico just as curfew rules were shutting everything down. We loved our time in this condominium and in its excellent Fajardo location and wish we could have spent more nights there to see so many things we did not have time to see.
