Centrally located, the space is the upper unit of house and has 2 bedrooms. 1 full bath, and lots of room to spread out. Long, paved driveway with parking for up to 4 vehicles. sleeps 2- 4. Minutes drive to Brock U or Niagara College and just over an hour to Toronto. View the escarpment from the living room. 5 min drive to the cellar bench wine region (Hernder's, Henry of Pelham) and Club Roma. 15-20 minutes to NOTL wineries. Neighbourhood is surrounded by biking trails, the Pen Centre Mall and has a designer outlet mall just down the street. 5 minutes to First Ontario Performing Art Centre, Meridian Arena, Ridley College and a short drive to most major tourist attractions and wedding venues in the area. Dine at one of the wineries, hike the Bruce Trail on the Escarpment (few minutes walk away), or the Short Hills Park (5 min drive), drive through the countryside and pick up fresh produce at a roadside stand, or visit one of the wonders of the world and try your luck at the casino. (only a 15 min drive to Niagara Falls and Niagara-On-The-Lake!).not suitable for babies or children under 2y. Tourist info on the area can be provided upon request. Great Place near the falls!

The home was neat and comfortable. The host was very communicative and helpful. The location was great, near to both the US and Canadian falls, cute downtown, grocery store, and wineries.

Good setup for large family

The host Lee was always available to answer our questions. She provided a high chair and a Pack N Play for our 1 year old. She was accommodating to our needs. The house was nicely decorated for the Christmas holiday. The bed linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. Perfect to split into two families as the bottom floor has everything the top floor has (kitchen, living room, and bathroom). Ideally / centrally located and easy to get around. The neighborhood was pleasant. Regarding the cleanliness, Lee's cleaners could have done a better job, but Lee was very accommodating and took care of us. We would definitely stay there again.

The VBRO house perfectly met our needs!

The home was comfortable, nicely decorated, nice central gathering areas for the family and rooms were somewhat soundproof for those who went to sleep early. Everything was nice and clean, but there was a lived in feeling that made us not afraid to touch or use the spaces (some places can be too pristine). My only complaint is with the VBRO company. Every time I went to communicate with the owner a stupid program "one key" would pop up and require me to sign in and wait for a code to be sent to my email which I had to retrieve and enter before I could write a few words to the owner. Please remove that barrier to communication!

Centrally located.

Big back yard, gas grills, wonderful back patio, outside dining table, beautiful landscaping, clean and organized, and plenty of space for guests! Centrally located from the historic town of Niagara on the lake to the Niagara falls and all the cute little towns in between! Excellent value and super host Lee was there for us when ever we needed to get in touch? Can't go wrong by choosing this getaway for your next vacation!

Well-appointed and well-maintained! extremely attentive host

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves while spending a couple days in Niagara! Found everything as described and appreciated the meticulous care taken to make our stay as seamless and comfortable as possible. Would not hesitate to rent again and could easily do so with another couple or in-laws- the basement space is more than suitable. Thank you again for all!

Perfect location but house needs updating

Perfect location but the house is old and desperately needs updating. Musty smell in the basement as has been mentioned before in previous reviews. The outside BBQ grill could have been in better shape. But enjoyed our stay though I recommend to the owner to do some repairs. The master bedroom is perfect but the basement really needs to be taken care of.

It’s misleading the second bathroom and living space was in the basement. My sister is handicapped and couldn’t go downstairs. We had to go and get more toilet paper we ran out on Wednesday. Had better experiences in Florida.

Great Home Base for our Girlfriend Getaway

This property is very clean and was a great home away from home for us while we vacationed in the Niagara region. It is close enough to walk to restaurants and some shops. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped (other than small plates) and we enjoyed sitting out back in the pretty, private deck area. Thank you, Lee, for providing us with a safe, comfy place to call home for the week.

Amazing Stay

The property supersedes our expectation! We've stayed here numerous times and will definitely be back. The place is very clean, quiet, and spacious. It has everything you need. The location is great, just minutes from shops, stores and the highway. The place is cozy and comfortable. The host is very accommodating and available if you need anything. I would highly recommend staying here!

Warning... Awful experience! House not cleaned. Property owner unjustly kept our damage deposit.

I stayed here with my wife & 2 boys (12 & 9). This was my 1st time booking on VRBO. It defaults to USD even when you are in Canada & staying in Canada. I did not catch it. This was my mistake. I brought it up to the owner & she kindly agreed to give a discount & reduce the cleaning fee. This was very nice. It was to be after the stay. We arrived on Christmas Eve. At first it looked clean, but it was very poorly cleaned. Cleanser in the toilets but under the seat had dried urine stuck on. There was hair in the sink. Dish clothes put back with food on them. Microwave had food splatter inside. Dishes put away dirty. Downstairs: 2 dead wasps in the sink (December in Ontario). When was it last cleaned? Birthday cake left in the freezer. Blood & gloves on the bathroom floor. Downstairs bathroom looked used. We have pics, and sent them to VRBO. My wife spent 5 hours cleaning Christmas Day. Washed all dishes, towels & throw blankets. The owner was out of country but still responded. She was very sorry & offered to reimburse the whole cleaning fee. She said we could contact her property manager. I tried to text, but you can only call. Next morning, the manager showed up unannounced just after 9 am & woke up my son. We were still settling from the time change. There was nothing left to do, so we sent her away. We did not get to use the air hockey as there were no pucks & paddles. My wife did about 6 loads of laundry during that week & all worked well. The owner had good communication until we checked out. She text looking for air hockey pucks. I told her they were not there when we got there. A couple of day later I followed up about our refund. I got a message that we were not getting money back. I was shocked. The only info we got was “damage done to dryer vent system and air hockey equipment”. We did not damage the dryer vent system. It worked while we were there. We did not take air hockey pucks. I text her that & the pix of the poor cleaning. No response. No further explanation. We did not get any of the money back. No discount. No cleaning fee. No damage deposit. The damage deposit is big, and she will keep it. I thought it was her cleaners/manager, not her, so I offered not to give a bad review if she just returned money owed. She did not respond. I am a VP at a Berkshire Hathaway Company. Why would we take air hockey pucks? If the place was cleaned prior, they would have known they were missing. How or why would we damage the dryer vent? Beware!
