Air Conditioned lounge/living areas with large plasma television and DVD. Ceiling fans in each of the three bedrooms. Modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar and a separate dining room. There is a lovely undercover rear deck overlooking a large flat grassy backyard, fully enclosed and perfect for children.

The main bedroom contains queen size bed, bedroom two has a queen and bedroom three has a set of bunk beds. The bathroom is new and fresh, with a separate bath and shower. The laundry has a new washing machine and dryer.

A travel cot and high chair are available for those with toddlers/babies.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there's a coffee shop at the Surf Club.

Copa Beach House

We always enjoy our stay here. It’s a great location with a good backyard for our dog. The outside room did need a good clean though- lots of dog hairs there and dust and cockroaches on the fan blades.

Great stay

This is a lovely cottage, very good for a family with children. Private lovely backyard and a short stroll to the beach This is our second stay in this house. It needs abit of touch ups, but otherwise wonderful place

No Holiday

This was no holiday! We were just waiting for our furniture to catch up with us. I wanted to change the booking, but once I had paid, the agent agent ignored my request. So we drove all the way from Melbourne in one day. My Mother who is 93, could not negotiate the front step, which is outright dangerous. She scraped her shin, and it took me 2 days to find a doctor to see her. Now we have to see the doctor every 2 days to change the dressing. The most helpful people were the cleaners. They helped get mum back down the steps. Would I recommend the property? For young people who want to enjoy the beach, yes. For older people no way!

Hi Brynhild We were not aware that your Mother had hurt herself, I hope she has recovered. We will send your comments regarding the stairs to the property owner however we are not aware of any danger there. You did message us to ask if you could alter your booking from the 8-10th December to the 9-11th December . I messaged back to you that as you had booked for 3 nights from the 8th to the 11th December we could either arrange for an after hours key delivery on the night of the 8th or if you decided you wanted to stay the night enroute you could arrive as early as you wish on the 9th, we could accommodate you either way. Yes, our cleaners are lovely, I'm happy that they were able to assist you, I will pass on your comments to them. I hope all your furniture turned up safe and sound and you enjoy your new residence.
