Fantastic property and wonderful stay

Everything was perfect. The house layout and rooms were great for our three adult families and adult children. The view from both the balcony & downstairs pool area were great and the house itself was clean and as represented online. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay! The house was nice, plenty of space, and things were clean. They have changed the beach set up situation and that took us a day to figure out, once we knew how it worked it was ok. We will be back!

Great Family Vacation

Overall the place was wonderful it was so nice being on the beach. A few things we would suggest a broom for cleaning, it would be nice to have a TV in the main family area. Steps down to the beach a few need repaired. Still a wonderful place had a great time.

Spacious, waterfront property!

Great house with lots of space for everyone to spread out. Couldn’t beat the quick walk to the beach or the view. Pool was clean and perfect for our crew. We loved the movie room for our kiddos too. Only complaint was a broken refrigerator that they said they couldn’t fix in time for our stay (which I’m not sure how because it was noted in the previous review so was clearly a prior issue they’d known about). So we had a “temporary” fridge that was downstairs when the kitchen was upstairs. That was a fair bit frustrating but manageable. Overall - would come back to this property!!

May 2019 Stay

We were a group of 5 couples (10) and we had a great time. The house is bright, beautiful and spacious. We had some maintenance issues like a clogged vanity at the master bedroom, some mold at shower and might need new furniture on patio, where we spent most of the time. We wish we could warm the spa or turn on the firepit, but apparently it was not possible. The house is well equipped and I loved that has an Ice maker,3 fridges and very cool appliances. We will look for more 360 properties in the future.

The view was the best I have ever seen

The house had the best view EVER......Property manager was great and we needed them. WE got to the house and FL was having a cold spell....the house was FREEZING when we got there....that night they sent someone out ...they could not fix it but the next day someone came out and it was fixed. In my opinion the management company should have known we had an issue (the first repair man that night said his dad had been there earlier in the day and knew there was an issue) We had infants and it was too cold.....we drove all over the place looking for space heaters. For the most part it was wonderful....the house needs a little love but view was great.....great location ...we would stay again

Location location location

Fantastic spot! Understand that with any property you could pick it apart. This place has great view and was big enough for our family. It is tired and in need of some help that is normal an customary for a rental. Careful with screws and nails in the deck outside. The broken glass control panel in the refrigerator could be dangerous for small kids. 360 was very responsive even when we arrived the pool was drained by accident by their pool company. The 360 team - Arian to name one was fantastic getting it filled and heated. Pay for the heated pool if there is any chance of cold/windy weather like we got. Great spot and relaxing views and that’s what we wanted. Also bring your own oven mitts. They were missing

Very Disappointed Stay at Absolutely

The sheets were not cleaned, the comforter was pulled over the sheets that had sand and dirt in them. The air condition vents had mold on them, which is a health hazard to my family. Patio furniture had so much mold on them that my family would not sit on them. The pool was not cleaned and the cleaning tools were in the bottom of the pool. The silverware was dirty and placed in the kitchen drawer. The day we arrived, the refrigerator was not working, so they brought out a rental which was placed downstairs and the kitchen and eating area is upstairs. Imagine trying to cook or eat something for 7 days and the refrigerator is on another floor. A very disappointed stay at the Absolutely house. I will never be able to talk my family into using a 360 Blue property ever again and praying that none of my family develop a health issue from breathing mold for a week.

Amazing location

The house is beautiful and spacious and the location couldn’t be better. The view of the beach is unbeatable and the closeness to Seaside was great for the kids who loved spending time there. Our biggest issues where the following: The pool was dirty upon a Saturday arrival and they didn’t come to clean it till Monday. Even then, the water in the pool was still murky and lots of sand at the bottom. Pool and outdoor cushions were so filthy and full of mold. Bbq was also very dirty and had to be cleaned before using it. Several lightbulbs were out throughout the house. The pots in the kitchen were old and all scratched up. The blender jar was cracked at the base so everything would leak. Dishwasher was a loaner one but it stilled leaked when in use. carpet in TV room was disgusting and dirty. Fortunately the house was so beautiful that we overlooked these things but for the price, they should not be like this. The management company was very nice and responded every time we contacted them. I would definitely come back to Seaside but maybe try another house.

This house needs some attention and love

The house itself and the location to the beach are wonderful! The property has been neglected (by the looks of things) for some time. The cushions on the outdoor furniture had not been touched in a while and the sofa covers inside were not a lot better. The first day, a door knob came completely off of one of the inside doors. We notified 360 and they had someone come repair the door immediately. The A/C downstairs did not work the first two days and it reached almost 80 degrees where three families were sleeping. The ceiling fans didn't work and they had a half inch of dust on them! Yuck! The second day 360 delivered box fans for us until the A/C was repaired, and one of the box fans didn't work! The A/C was repaired the third day and the technician said there weren't any batteries in the control panel. The pool was FILTHY upon our arrival. The concierge apologized and sent someone out then next day. The pool was improved, but the tile in the pool and around were stained with algae and 360 people apologized and said it was impossible to remove entirely. We did let the children swim in it the next day and the cleaning people returned the day before we left. We were so excited about spending time together at the beach, but were saddened by the condition of the house.

The view was outstanding the property had room for improvement

When we arrived the place was filthy. (I am not a neat freak by any stretch of the imagination.)Sand on the coffee table, chips on the deck, no vacuum in the main space. A dried contact on my night table and a used wash cloth in the night table of another room we found later. The mgt company offered to send cleaning back but we were already there and with Covid, I preferred not to have more people in the home again. You can tell this house hasn’t been kept up. The baseboards haven’t been touched and the bathrooms are old and dirty. The view is exceptional!!! 360Blue was less than helpful when I called about the beach chair service (when you have a house on the beach and chair service is listed, one would think the chair service is at the house!) that wasn’t in front of the house- it’s a few houses down. It turned out that they didn’t even know where the chair service actually set up and we later learned by Wednesday we were able to have them in front of the house. The pool heater didn’t work and they came back to fix it twice reimbursing us for one day. The golf cart was the incorrect pax seater so they came back with the right 6 seater. I inquired about a bonfire with one concierge rep and he gave me the name of three companies to call. I finally connected with one and then returned to the mgt company for them to fill out the permit form. It turns out, bonfires are not permitted in front of this house on the beach. I would have appreciated this info from the start- rather than making more calls and wasting time. All of which were not items to ruin our vacation but none of which I wanted to spend time on the phone for either. When returning to the area, we will be working with another management company for sure. 360 Blue is too big for its own good. They are not informed enough on each property, they don’t inspect the house after cleanings and they really don’t care if the property meets expectations according to their listing. I sent pics of everything to 360Blue and they didn’t even respond. The location is beautiful and we will return but without 360Blue involved.

September 2021 Stay

Location- Great, House - Great Few complaints- last min requests sent by 360 for waivers, etc took up time while we were onsite. Kitchen supplies for basic cooking were sparse, nothing available for children. The umbrella company never arrived on time in the morning, we had small children, by nap time they were set up? A remote to the main tv the night we arrived couldn’t be found for Monday night football… Some small frustrating things like this that could have been avoided. We love the Tuna Dip at Bud & Ally’s & the Food Trucks were a hit. The Market has excellent coffee. We look forward to continuing to visit this area more.
