The only reason for the three stars is that it needs updating. The location and general property are great. The main room furniture is in need on an update. The cable and internet was also good.

Had an awesome visit. Communication with Christine was fast and she was very helpful. Only kinda negative thing about the condo... light in the living room didn't work, some outlets didn't work, bottom tv on the bunkbed didn't work and it could use an upgrade. Also, showers were slippery. And unfortunately the hottub was being worked on, but jot the hostesses fault. Otherwise it was a very nice stay. And awesome that beach chairs are provided! Water was very beautiful!Definitely a 5 star rating!

All in all the condo needs a complete upgrade. The kitchen coffee pot was rusted, The ice maker did not work. The freezer would not freeze water. The toaster needs to be thrown away and a new one installed. The patio was dirty and the chairs very uncomfortable. The bedroom carpet has spots all over it and was dirty. The furniture in the living room and needs to be replaced. Not are they only Old but they are dirty as well. We have saved at pelican Isle throughout the years but never in condo 416 and will never stay there again. Thank you.

Great beach getaway

This is our 2nd January renting this particular condo and we love it! Great views and it is quite comfortable. We have stayed in Pelican Isle multiple times in the past as well. We will definitely rent here again!

ALL the staff folks were very informative and kind! The Condo was ok, kinda old appliances and furnishings, but comfortable. Loved that the beach chairs were included. Would recommend if it was a lower price.

Nice ocean front, balcony door hard to open had a caution about stepping onto balcony but seem to be very high could trip real easy if forget to step over at times, only other issue was very slow elevator and working on them

Very nice location

Very nice for a small family. Kitchen is very neat and clean . Rooms are clean as well but little worn out. Beds are good and clean. Carpet and couches are worn out which is not uncommon. Balcony is great with both sunrise and sunset views during thanksgiving time. Liked it very much.

Property is very well maintained, location is excellent! Very quiet not many businesses in the area but restaurants are close by. The property is older, the condo itself looks original but very clean! That looks freshly painted! The only thing I really didn't like is that the rugs in the bedroom either need to be cleaned really good or replace. I could never understand why people have rugs in a shore rental anyway?? The beach is amazing, the pool and hot tub are great!!
