Nice 1BR/2BA condo, right on the beach! Sleeps 6! Flat screen TV and blu-ray player in living room, flat screen TV in master bedroom, and wireless internet access!
Also 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up for you on the beach (March 1 to October 31)


Our unit at Pelican Isle
have a breathtaking view of the Gulf and miles of beaches, with white sands extending past the Okaloosa Pier. The resort includes a pool, spa, workout facilities, a barbeque grilling area, and boardwalk access to the beach. Free High-Speed Internet Access is now also available at Pelican Isle!

ALL the staff folks were very informative and kind! The Condo was ok, kinda old appliances and furnishings, but comfortable. Loved that the beach chairs were included. Would recommend if it was a lower price.

Nice ocean front, balcony door hard to open had a caution about stepping onto balcony but seem to be very high could trip real easy if forget to step over at times, only other issue was very slow elevator and working on them

This is our 2nd January renting this particular condo and we love it! Great views and it is quite comfortable. We have stayed in Pelican Isle multiple times in the past as well. We will definitely rent here again!

Overall it was good stay, beach service was a very nice plus. The condo could definitely use some updating and a bit more elbow grease in the cleaning but it overall had what we needed. Beach was not crazy busy which is amazing for July, but there are not many shells if you have kiddos and quite a few jellyfish. Also, communication with the host was poor, check-in information was incomplete and partially incorrect. We were given the wrong pool code and the host just never got back to us. Luckily we found some other guests who took mercy on us and gave it to us so we could enjoy the pool.

Property is very well maintained, location is excellent! Very quiet not many businesses in the area but restaurants are close by. The property is older, the condo itself looks original but very clean! That looks freshly painted! The only thing I really didn't like is that the rugs in the bedroom either need to be cleaned really good or replace. I could never understand why people have rugs in a shore rental anyway?? The beach is amazing, the pool and hot tub are great!!

This property was very clean and decorated nicely. Having said this, it could use some updating but it is fine the way it is as well. The bed was comfortable. The view is spectacular!
