Four adults enjoyed our few days here. A great place if you want to cook. It had every cooking appliance out there. Thank you for coffee and the candy. I will be honest and say that some things were getting old and looking used.

This was an incredible stay! The condo was amazing. - perfect for our family to stay (4 kids, 2 adults), and the location was perfect for Kauai. Really great food places within walking distance, and grocery/shopping too. The hosts were great, very communicative and wonderful to work with. When we go back to Kauai, we’ll prioritize dates when this condo is available.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Every detail had clearly been thought through, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful, high-end amenities. We love the resort and pool area. It was beautiful and never overcrowded-very easy to find chairs, towels, etc. Also, we all of the extras in the condo (snorkeling gear, chairs, umbrellas, etc) were in great shape and nice equipment - a very nice plus!!!The location was perfect—a great midpoint to everything we wanted to do. Whether it was enjoying coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening, the space truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable!!!Communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple questions at check-in and the hosts were very responsive, helpful, and made the entire process great from booking through checkout. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a awesome location on Kauai. Five stars all around!

The condo was great. Very clean and super nice. It was very well stocked with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, bathroom towels, paper towels, and extra blankets. The kitchen was awesome and had many types of sauces and spices for cooking. Plenty of dishes and utensils etc. Plenty of nice beach chairs, snorkel gear, and kids toys for the beach. This was the best stocked condo we have ever rented and we have been to the islands 13 times now. Plus the wood finishing and appliances were high class. Nice balconies with chairs, ice chests. The resort has a great pool for families and retired folks with three sand bottom hot tubs and two slides. They give you fresh swim/beach towels every day at the pool. I plan to go back to Kauai at a time when I can rent this very same unit again. It is a great central location near the airport and services. We never heard any neighbors making noise because it is a very well built building. Pretty fancy! Owner was fantastic to deal with when I had questions.
Pool area was not crowded at all.
Slides are fun for young and old.
Pool even has a sloped shallow sand section which was loved by toddlers and young kids.

Sheila was so helpful on-site when we had issues with the air conditioning in the condo on the first night. She was so prompt to get it fixed.

My family had a great stay here. Greg provided everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed snorkeling with the equipment that was provided. The only two things we were disappointed in was the sofa sleeper was broken and the roosters kept us from a good night’s sleep. Other than that I would recommend this place.

Our family had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The villa was beautiful and clean, equipped with everything we needed including beach gear which came in very handy during our outings visiting other beaches in the island. The location is right on the water on a semi private beach and the kids were able to swim.

Great Host!

Greg is the most responsive host I’ve ever had. Great communication. He also prepared a nice list of favorite restaurants and local attractions. The place is nice. Lots of amenities. The beach was (surprisingly) never crowded. Great pool also. NB there are no vending machines at the property, but there’s a Safeway and ABC store across the street.

We had the most relaxing stay. Beds were super comfortable and we were able to spread out, as there were 4 of us. Definitely would recommend. The Oasis restaurant in sight was delicious as well. The beaches were a bit rocky, but we saw a monk seal so that was exciting!

Stayed at this Condo for a 10 day holiday vacation, couldn't have asked for a nicer Condo that was centrally located for the many attractions of Kauai. The grounds were immaculate, with a beautiful pool and a top notch fitness center. The beach area is beautiful, a great place to unwind and soak up the Hawaiian sun. The Condo owner is very personable and is quick to answer all questions, so I give the whole resort a 5 plus rating!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this condo as a second unit so every member of our family could come along on our yearly trips to Kauai. We purchased it empty in 2011 and therefor completely re-modeled the entire condo with the latest furnishings and most expensive and luxurious items we could find. We also put Cal King beds in each bedroom which is something other condos in Waipouli do not have to offer.
