Very well-equipped. Very comfortable bed and linens. Nice patio and good location. Very clean. Accommodated our need to get in the house earlier, as we are two elderly couples with some ambulatory issues. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property.

Great location

Beautiful home within walking distance to Forsyth Park and the River District. We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the little details like toiletries, laundry detergent, and coffee. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The neighborhood was a little loud at times and looked a little suspect, but we always felt safe, even when walking back late at night.

Savannah meet-up for Super Bowl

We all absolutely LOVED this property. We love the factthat it was built in 1882, yet it was beautifully updated. Everything about it was great. We would recommend it to anyone. Thanks to our hosts.

Wonderful Historic Home

Had a great stay in Savannah in this historic home near Forsyth Park. Clean and very well decorated. Also they had a lot of nice touches to make the stay convenient that other rentals sometimes miss, like hand soaps in the bathrooms. The beds were really comfortable and had memory foam which is super important for my back issues. Parking was street parking but we had no issues finding parking each time. Wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone going to Savannah!

We had a lovely stay in this historic home. The upgrades were very nice. The only issue for me were the stairs. As a 75-year-old I found the stairs an issue since there were 16 straight up. The owner was one phone call away and got right back to us with any questions we might have. But we never figured out the TV.

Cozy for our group of four - Let’s Fun!

We enjoyed wine around the island (albeit at 9 am) and had a fantastic charcuterie board. The bedrooms were private enough to accommodate when we needed our own space or wanted to come together. The showers were spacious for our party and the rain shower heads were amazing. The living room was where we kicked off our shoes and snuggled in for a late night movie. I’m going to save up with a lot of meal prep at home so that I can save up come again.

A stay in a historical home

This place was amazing. The house was built in the 1800s and I felt like it was so amazing to stay in a place that has so much history within its walls. It was well-decorated, modern and very clean. The beds and the showers had to be the highlight because they provided an ultra-relaxing experience which is something I needed. The house was within walking distance to the main part of the historic district (for those who like to walk), and then for those who don't like to walk, there is ample parking in the district. The only downside was that we could not use the amazing patio space due to the weather, but this was no fault of the owner. I will consider renting again when I return to Savannah.

Quiet and cozy steps from Forsyth Square and delicious restaurants.

Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Location was wonderful. Matresses, climate control, availabity of fast internet and screens for streaming were top notch. Very handy to have the washer/dryer on beach day, although we had to hunt down the laundry supplies on a different floor. Why four stars instead of five? Advertised private outdoor seating was dirty, unkempt/ overwhelmed with weeds, and contained paper and cellophane debris. When I texted the host about this, she told me there was a broom available in the area and suggested I take care of it myself. I guess that would apply to the trash and weeding as well. This made for an unnattractive backyard view and since we were four adults sharing the space, we were counting on spreading out to this extra living space. Disappointed in the comfort level/configuration of seating for four adults in the living room: watching a movie on the scratchy, hard, cramped upholstry was painful. Shower cleanliness was sub-par, the front of the fridge was not clean, and I cut my forefinger on a broken garbage-disposal switch. At this level of expense, welcoming touches like outdoor plantings, snack offerings, and a bottle of wine are common; none were here.

This property was a perfect fit for the 4 of us! The house provided ample space for us to spend time visiting or watching TV, in addition to providing us with our own personal space (each bedroom had its own bathroom). The location was also perfect, as we had several transportation options: on foot, free DOT bus, hop-on/hop-off trolley, or automobile/Uber. It afforded us the ability to enjoy the lovely city of Savannah!

Perfect couples retreat

We absolutely loved the property, a location, and the details. The decor and architecture fit perfectly with a savannah exploration. The proximity to parks, a café, and a high-end wine store made it even better. Our hosts have created seamless check in and check out. Definitely recommend for your trip to Savannah.

Beautiful Historic Home

The house is Beautiful, clean and nicely decorated, with all the things you would need for your stay The down side is the next door neighbors. They are loud late at night ,among other things! And also ,we had a safety issue outside the house in the street after returning from a night Tour. Thankfully nothing happened cause we reacted promptly. Other than that …. The house is Great!

We stayed 2 weeks in this lovely home. It was built in 1882 and has an Historic Award. The home was beautiful and was completely updated with all the modern conveniences. Bathrooms were beautiful and fully equipped / modernized with all toiletries you could hope for. Kitchen was amazing with high quality appliances / dishes / cutlery and even some spices... etc. The house is about 2 blocks from Forsyth Park which is highly recommended as it is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay at this home and have only good things to say about it. We would for sure stay there again. Brian O'Reilly
