Beautiful water front condo
Direct Bay front at Sandpiper key, with incredible full views of Lemon Bay and the intracoastal waterway. Condo is located at the most westerly building offering privacy and uninterrupted views.
Only 10 minutes casual walk to Englewood Beach, the Gulf of Mexico and several restaurants, live entertainment, beach shopping and watercraft rentals.
There is a side balcony which provides added light and views to the west. The 19 foot lanai has been enclosed with glass sliders to make it a Florida room. Full upgraded kitchen. The complex offers two heated pools, club house with many social activities, reserved parking is under building, 15 acres of manicured grounds with several picnic areas.
Sofa turns into a queen size bed for a total of 6 sleeps.
