ABSOLUTE WATERFRONT HOUSE IN MULWALA YARRAWONGA

Luxury waterfront double storey home situated on the "golden mile" in Mulwala.
Peaceful and quiet surroundings, ideally suited to large groups.

Downstairs consists of one queen bedroom, sleeping two people and one bathroom. Rumpus room has one fold out leather sofa, with innerspring double mattress, able to sleep two people (bedding is supplied for sofa bed).

Extra large family room.

Upstairs consists of four bedrooms, capable of sleeping twelve. Two queen bedrooms, each with own en-suites. One bedroom with two single beds and a queen bed and one bedroom with four single beds sharing another bathroom with separate toilet.

Large family room.

Upstairs also has two separate private balconies.

Home has a huge fully equipped kitchen with two fridge/freezers.

Dining room consists of large table (4.8m x 1200mm) with seating for 12 people.

Heating is provided by ducted gas throughout the house.
Fully air-conditioned, with two large Bonaire air-conditioners.
Large outside entertainment area.

Laundry facilities.
Bath mats,face washers,hand towels, tea towels supplied.
Bed linen provided.

BYO Towels.

Secure childproof yard from water and road.

Ample secure parking for cars, boats and trailers.

Clear access for large boats with towers to private boat ramp.

Undercover storage 11m x 3m x 3.5m high.

Modern and quality furnished throughout.

A great place to relax, fish from the jetty (rod holders provided) - play golf, tour the many wineries in the district or enjoy water sports - ski from the jetty.

Access own private boat ramp at rear of house.

Courtesy buses available to and from all clubs.

This house is huge, great for family get togethers. Beautiful view, plenty of room. Had a problem with the heater but owner drove to Mulwala to fix. Would def recommend👍

Clean spacious with a choice of living areas. Kitchen has everything you need and more Bedrooms 3 with ensuite so privacy is well taken care of Thanks for such a relaxing weekend with my siblings and mother we used the option of late check out which was great to have to rush mum at 89 years. Amazing property - will be back!

This property is amazing for families. Our large extended family of 10 (5 adults, 5 kids) were easily accommodated with so much space. Boat ramp and jetty were great for boats and for the kids to swim. Lots of chairs, couches and seating outside. Kitchen is fantastic. Lots of little extra touches made our stay really enjoyable and Kaye was warm and friendly in all communication. We will certainly stay again.

Absolute waterfront Mulwala

An amazing experience! The house was beautiful and exactly as depicted online. We had a large group of friends stay and there was plenty of bedding options for all. The home has everything you could need for a weekend away, overall great stay and we can’t wait to come back!
