Happy holidays in a 2 bedroom, roomy apartment in the heart of the village. A shell's toss to beautiful Pittwater. One Queen bed, One King bed with crispy white linen. Fabulous bathroom with L'Occitane products and fluffy towels. Ceiling fans keep you cool and comfy! Gorgeous patio, barbeque, mosaic picnic table and big umbrella to while away the afternoon or sit with the paper and your morning coffee.

Excellent stay

So clean and had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Hosts Gay and Rob were so keen to make us feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this lovely accommodation again.

Amazing hosts!

Very friendly hosts, excellent location beauriful accomodation, clean and well equupped kitchen and batroom with fresh towels,cleaning items, shampoos and soaps. We woild recommend this property for anybody who needs a holiday stay.

A lovely beach holiday

A great location. Close to beaches, walks, restaurants and shops. The apartment is comfortable and clean and Rob and Gay are very hospitable. The cafe across the road is also excellent as is the nearby wine shop.

Blissful Weekend

Had a wondering long weekend stay, the location was convenient and Gay & Rob's hospitality was the best. The property was clean and cosy, with a beautiful outdoor garden. Wonderful, hope to be back again.

Great stay for a family!

Great location for a family trip to NSW to enjoy beachside living! The apartment was clean, tidy and it had everything we needed for our stay! We truly loved the extra TLC touches from Gay and Rob, such as a few treats (kids and adults) in the fridge, homemade baked goods, the beautiful welcome message and their very approachable nature!

Wonderful home away from home

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Quiet and comfortable, it is a little oasis just down the road from Palm Beach. A great place to get away for the weekend and out of the hustle-bustle of city life.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located.

Gay and Rob were wonderful hosts and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was located a short walk to cafes and a beautiful providore. Freshly baked baked muffins and fresh fruit were a lovely touch and we were very grateful. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Wonderful hosts

The hosts, Gay and Rob were great. Very accommodating and helpful with all our requests. Fantastic gf muffins and goodies in the fridge were a great addition to the stay. The property is large and in a good location on the peninsula.

Wonderful experience

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment which is located on the ground floor of the main house immensely. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The hosts who we met onsite were incredibly welcoming and considerate. They made genuine efforts to ensure we had everything we needed, genuinely welcoming of children and even gave us freshly baked muffins. Highly recommend.

Long weekend getaway

Had a great long weekend stay at Palm beach with the family. The home was within walking distance to local shops and beach. Very clean and self contained. We were greeted by the lovely host Gay, who was helpful in making us feel welcome right from the start. We appreciated Gay, Rob and Elmo's kind hospitality and look forward for visiting again.

Great location with friendly hosts

Gay and Rob are wonderful hosts and work hard to make your stay memorable. The accommodation is a charming 2 story apartment block and the lower level apartment is light, clean and well located. Would highly recommend it. The only thing to note is that the bathroom is located off one of the two bedrooms - so may not be suitable for non families when it comes to accessing it.

Outstanding stay with Rob and Gay!

We recently spent two nights at this charming, clean and immensely comfortable property. Rob and Gay went out of their way to provide exceptional service - from beautiful l’occitane products to freshly baked muffins. Communication was seamless (and fun!) and our group really appreciated the genuine care and thoughtfulness provided by our hosts at every turn. We’ll be back!

Weekend away without kids

I spent a lovely weekend at ten thirty-four with one of my oldest friends. The space was neat and well located. We were warmly welcomed and especially enjoyed the surprise of freshly baked muffins which made a wonderful breakfast. Ten thirty-four is perfectly suited to girls weekends and families looking to spending some time out of the city without the inconvenience of long travel times. Thank you Gay and Rob (and Elmo)

Phenomenal stay!

We recently stayed at Gay and Rob’s . There are no words to describe our stay other than beyond perfect. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. Our rooms were immaculate and the bathroom was spotless with a variety of towels and soaps available. The fruit platter and fresh muffins were delicious and truly appreciated by everyone. Our girls fell in love with Elmo 🐶💙 and are literally counting down the days until we return. This is the best place to stay in palm beach. A Million Thank you’s 💕
