The cottage is high-set on a hill and looks directly down the Mornington Peninsula. The views are amazing. Adjacent to the bush and the Bayview golf course can be entered through the back gate. Close to great bush walks . Lots of bird life as wells as regular visits from kangaroos. 5 mins by car to the bay beaches and the Rosebud shopping centre. Also close to 3 other golf courses, wineries and other attractions. Quiet location on a no-through road. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room, living room, bath room, separate toilet and laundry. Cottage sleeps 6 persons.

Comfy home with amazing views!

Really loved our stay. Spent all our meals on the deck cooking with the BBQ with the birds and Kangaroos for company. It’s a perfect spot if you want to bushwalk in the nearby state park.

Amazing view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and property was beautifully presented and had everything that we needed. The view was amazing and could be enjoyed from inside and outside, would definitely stay again.

Lovely house and location

Very well appointed, comfortable house, suitable for 6 adults. Great view over Rosebud, handy to shopping centre and places of interest. Quiet, looking over a golf course; a pleasant area to walk and kangaroos just outside the fence! Our second stay, and would return.

Great house

Everything about our stay was brilliant! Perfect location, golf course below and a nature reserve on one side - didn't feel like we were in a town at all. The view is spectacular. The house decor is lovely, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with china, cutlery, pots etc. Highly recommend.

Sweeping bay views on the edge of the bush

Minutes to the beach and shops but you feel like you’re in the country with amazing views of Port Phillip bay. Photos on the website don’t do it justice. Perfect for relaxing on the generous deck to watch the ships float by or the sun set.

Absolutely fantastic location..!

Be it a family holiday or romantic getaway..this is the perfect location....!! Ocean view is extraordinary.. minutes drive from the beach. Big private backyard for kids, BBQ on the elevated deck with a mesmerising view, master bed with ocean view are my favourites. Host was absolutely fantastic, making sure it was a perfect experience for the whole family, even before we arrived by offering early check-in/late checkout, providing pretty kids' bed linen to pleese our kids etc... Highly recommended for a perfect holiday..!

Panoramic views from the cottage

We took our 3 Grandsons for a 2 night stay. We all loved the cottage. It was cosy and very comfortable. There was a generous amount of kitchen cutlery, crockery and extra appliances. A magnificent view of the sunset over the bay. Plenty of wildlife and birds to enjoy.

Fantastic ocean view from top of a hill

The property was very well maintained. The floor was very well cleaned and in fact it was the cleanest floor I had seen in a holiday house. The view to the ocean was great too. Encountered a cute echidna on the walking trail next to the house. Great communication from the property manager too.

Amazing View

We stayed at the property for the Melbourne cup long weekend. The view from the balcony is just to die for. The place is well equipped with the essentials. We absolutely enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Close to the Alba hot springs as we have booked to go there. Pat was an amazing host, from start to finish. I hope we have the chance to go back there again.

Cosy house with stunning views

This was such a comfortable house with all necessary amenities. The views are absolutely stunning, and the golf course and bush walk are at your doorstep. We had some windy nights, and being an older house it was quite noisy so earplugs are a necessity if you’re a light sleeper. The hosts were brilliant to communicate with. Such a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Tony was so accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with. The property was so clean and beautiful, everything we needed was there. Only thing that would be good is tv that you could stream Netflix or get movies on other than that everything was perfect. The view is second to none will definitely be back

Relaxing

What a little gem! We loved our stay in this cottage! Its not at all up itself and it should be with a view like that! The view is absolutely amazing! The kitchen has everything you need and not just 5 of each, fully stocked! Really comfy beds and plenty of comfort in the lounge too. My family loved that we could pull a game out as its something we never remember to pack ourselves. It had everything we needed for a really relaxing weekend and has a really good vibe. Hosts were great…..thank you we will definitely stay again.
