A tranquil stay awaits you at our renovated and superbly located cottage meters away from the foreshore, cafes and shops. Everything you could possibly need is a short hop and skip away! Our light and airy little cottage makes beach days with the family easy and convenient while our home making you feel all the feels of the Mornington Peninsula.

Come and stay with us packing only your clothes with our Cottage offered with full linen and towels so our guests do not have to lug their own for their little getaway. With our west facing sunroom located at the front of the house, encapsulated with glass, you can enjoy the morning sun while sipping your coffee on the lounge or watch the rain on those beautiful winter days, this light airy costal home will make you feel all the feels of the Mornington Peninsula

With only a 9 min drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs and Alba our Cottage is perfectly located to put you within hands reach of all the main attractions. For families, we are located within walking distance to Top Fun Shack (mini golf) which provides easy entertainment for the children on colder/wetter days. We are meters away from the local Rosebud Plaza which houses Coles, Woolies and Kmart meaning that you don’t have to drag the car down to pick up some milk in the morning. With Kmart at your fingertips, you only have to take a casual stroll to pick up those little things that you may have forgotten to bring down.

Photos and descriptions are accurate. Very close to beach and groceries. Clean house. Instructions for keys and rule are clearly communicated. House has everything you'll need, even during raining days, bord games, dvd, baking and cooking. Cozy fireplace, spacious house. The best was communication with the owner, she instantly reply back and was very lovely, friendly and willing to help out. Definitely will book again if we return to that area. Very satisfied
