The Bud House - 3 min walk to the Rosebud Beach

Located just a 3 minute walk to the Rosebud Township and its' beautiful beaches, Peninsula Holiday Rentals presents this modern and comfortable three bedroom holiday accommodation.

Step inside the sun-filled open plan kitchen, living and dining area and you will instantly feel relaxed and ready for your holiday.

The kitchen includes all essentials such as dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine and 900 mm oven & stove top for your use.

With an extendable dining table comfortably seating 8 - 10, 4 stools at the breakfast bar and the living area boasting 2 large sofas, you have the perfect environment for entertaining or just spending quality time with family and friends. A TV and DVD player are also available in the living area, as well as a stereo with CD player, AUX docking station and a collection of books and board games for those cooler days & nights.

Venture outside to the private alfresco area which includes a BBQ, TV and dining for 8 adjoining a grassed backyard perfect to watch the little kids play whilst the bigger kids enjoy good company, good food and great wine!

The main bathroom includes separate massage shower, toilet and vanity (no bath) with an additional separate powder room.

Cozy, comfortable and clean

The Bud House is very cozy and comfortable. It is one of the cleanest houses I have stayed in. The cutlery, dishes, pans and everything else was super clean. The property manager kept me updated with every detail I needed and was very helpful and prompt. Strongly recommend it to everyone!

Cute, clean and with a retro style

We loved this cute little retro styled home. Lovely kitchen with everything you need, plus gorgeous wooden floorboards. Very clean including clean sheets, pillows & comfortable beds. We loved the shower and have never seen one like this! It was perfect for our short stay. Thanks!
