It is a stunning contemporary design holiday retreat consisting of two luxury apartments, SEAGULL and STARFISH, interconnected to form BLUEHAVEN BEACH RETREAT (for up to 14 persons). Or the apartments can be booked individually - both apartments are quite separate with their own entries and security systems.
SEAGULL is available for short term (min 2 nights) or longer stays. There are 2 parking spaces available at the rear of the property for guests. BOOKING REQUESTS may be made direct from this website booking platform.
SEAGULL has 4 bedrooms catering for up to 8 persons; it is located on the upper and mezzanine levels and is accessed from the ground level entry hall via an internal stair to the main living level. There is an additional external stair to the main level at the rear of the premises, affording quick access from/to the rear yard drying and car park.
The other apartment, STARFISH, occupies the lower level and has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons. (For bookings for STARFISH, please search via this booking platform for 'Starfish Apartment Rockingham Western Australia')
SEAGULL is fully equipped and furnished. It has its own independent entry, security system. Sleeping accommodation comprises:
> Main bedroom with walk-in-robe and private ensuite bathroom and WC; > 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, each with built-in robes. These bedrooms are adjacent to the main bathroom and (separate) WC/toilet; > 4th bedroom on the upper mezzanine level, accessed via a circular stair from the lounge/dining room. (Refer 'Accommodation Specifics' below for further information).
The apartment also contains a spacious lounge and dining area with a large balcony terrace and fully-equipped designer kitchen (all fronting the ocean), rear lounge and games room with pool table, and a separate laundry (with clothes line in the rear yard area).
With an expansive north-facing balcony deck, the apartment can be completely opened up via large bifold doors to flood the huge living area with light, air, and the sounds of the sea.
Internally the décor has been carefully selected to complement the muted colours and textures of the beach sands immediately beyond. Externally the colours reflect the vibrant blue of the ocean. Its clean lines, exterior use of weatherboard and limestone and architectural detailing truly represent the classic Australian beach house.
SPECTACULAR BEACHFRONT SETTING
BLUEHAVEN BEACH RETREAT overlooks the sparkling blue waters of Cockburn Sound, Point Peron, and Garden Island beyond. Spectacular 180 degree panoramic views of the ocean are enjoyed from each apartment.
With only the Esplanade road and beach boardwalk separating you from the idyllic Palm Beach, this is an absolute waterfront location - walk some 50m from the front gate and you'll be standing in the ocean!
The beach is a winner of the Best Beach award in Western Australia; it is sandy white and the water sparkling clear. With calm water, it is exceptionally safe for swimming. Do not be disturbed by the occasional pod of dolphins that may swim by - they are the locals here and are very friendly!
Enjoy a wonderful holiday or retreat at this fabulous location or, if you have to work or travel into Perth, you can commute easily by train direct to the Perth CBD and return for relaxing evenings by the ocean!
SEAGULL is fabulous for romantic getaways, 'time-out' holidays, family/friends group gatherings, book clubs, yoga retreats and for corporate/community stays. As this is an executive-standard 'retreat', school leaver groups and/or unaccompanied minors groups, weddings (including pre/post events) and any large or potentially noisy party events are not permitted.
ACCOMMODATION SPECIFICS
SEAGULL can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons - up to 2 persons each in 4 x bedrooms.
The Master Bedroom has 1 x King-size bed. It has its own walk-in robe and private ensuite bathroom (with WC).
The other 2 Bedrooms on the main level each have built-in robes and beds that can be configured as either 1 x King-size bed or 2 x single beds, as required.
The 4th bedroom is located in the upper level mezzanine and can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons. It is accessed via a circular stair off the lounge/dining area and has a single bed and a double-size sofa bed/lounge. This room has the highest and best view over the ocean and can double as a quiet reading room or getaway space.

We had a wonderful stay at SEAGULL Condo in Rockingham. The absolute beachfront location is the real highlight. Being able to step straight out to the beach, wake up to ocean views, and watch the sunset from the apartment made it feel like a true escape.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well set up for a relaxed stay, with everything we needed. It is also perfectly located, with cafes, restaurants, and shops all within easy walking distance, yet still quiet and peaceful.A great choice if you want a simple, comfortable place right on the beach where you can truly switch off.

Perfect location for an extended family getaway. We had 14 people and plenty of space. Walking distance to everything you could want. Highly recommend.

Wonderful weekend
A terrific place for a weekend away - so close to Perth. Amazing views make it a holiday to remember. and a quick walk to great restaurants and cafe's.
The house is stunning! We loved our stay. I did find it a bit hard to get into- pulling off the main road to a closed gate and no real space to park/open the gate. We did rent both houses so the multiple alarms and keys was a bit trying. But honestly the sty was excellent.
Stayed the second time at this great property with my family and everyone loved it. The view is just breathtaking, property very well equipped and clean, location just across beach and very close to cafes, restaurants. Can’t wait for visit number 3.
