Laurel Inn 602 is a spacious 2BR condo with private balcony close to downtown

Laurel Inn Condos is located just 4 blocks from the main street of Gatlinburg. The property has a heated outdoor seasonal pool for your enjoyment. There is also free wireless internet. You have two ways to get back to the downtown area. If you take the sidewalk down Cherokee Orchard Road, then you will come out at Traffic light #6 near the Mountain Mall and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. There is also a wooden stairwell that is off the back of our complex that will connect you to Reagan Drive which will bring you out near Ripley's Believe or Not Museum. This unit is a two bedroom with a King bed in the master and two twin beds in the second bedroom. It also has a double recliner in the living room. The kitchenette consists of a full size refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, dishwasher, and 4 burner range stove with oven.

Enjoyed the space. lots of room and clean. we had a lot of problems getting the TV to work in the Living room and also couldn't get the fireplace turned on. I sent an email to the host on the VRBO website and never heard anything from them. while I liked the space I wouldn't stay there again due to lack of help from the host!!!

Hiking, restaurants, mini golf, Anakeesta, and the skylift/bridge walk are just a few of the things we enjoy when we visit. Being able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg is always a huge draw for us and the accommodations at Laurel Inn are top notch!

The reservations were really a super bright spot, they were very accommodating, quick to respond, and allowed us to make some last-minute changes. The complex felt safe, and it was a smooth trip all the way around.

It was nice to be able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The only difficulty we had was we had a stroller and there was no ramp so we had to carry it up/down the stairs. The office staff was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

not enough pots, pans, forks, knives and spoons.

there where not enough pots and pans to cook a meal and very limited silverware for two to eat the meal. the washer and dryer were taped off with notes not to use so we had to carry our clothes outside to wash during the week.

The rental agents ere very nice as well. I would suggest grab bars in the bathtubs for old folks like us. Because of our age the walk to town was too far. That was not a problem. the view was good and the nights quite. I do hope the washer and drier work for the next quest. Also we had difficulty with the TVs. All in all it was a positive experience! Thank you to the owner!

Disappointed that we couldn’t use the washer and dryer in the unit and had to go down to a coin laundry that didn’t have a change machine. Inconvenient. The “heated” pool had no water in it. Water pressure wasn’t great so the shower wasn’t great. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Layout and location worked great for us. We did see a bear in the parking lot! We would stay here again.

Great experience, highly recommend

The condo was very clean and well stocked with the things that we needed. The only thing that we had to do differently than when we are at home was hand wash dishes. Not a problem. One of the reviews mentioned that there wasn't a stopper for the sink, however, there is a small plastic basin (under the sink) to place into the sink and wash from. Maybe they just didn't realize what that was for. I grew up doing that. It was second nature to me. The location of the condo was perfect. It's a 5 minute walk to the strip. The back entrance to the condo does only have access via stairway, so if that's not something you're in for, just walk back the same way you came. It did take us a minute to figure out the timer on the jetted tub and the gas logs. It wasn't too difficult though. The lights and tree were still up from Christmas and we had snow the last day of our stay...I'm late posting this review. Our stay was MLK weekend in January. Money well spent. Overall, we had a great stay.

Clean and beautifully decorated with a fantastic view from the balcony. Close enough to downtown so that everything is within walking distance but far enough away so it's quiet. We go to Gatlinburg every year and we will most likely rent this condo next year.
