This beautiful ranch home is nestled in the middle of the Lakes Of The North subdivision. This large wooded lot provides privacy and a pure up north feel. House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a very large living room area for entertaining. The house does have a fully functional furnace, we also have a brand wood stove in living room provides excellent heat for the entire home on those cold winter nights.
This home is great for any season! Golf course located in the subdivision along with other courses very close. State land is very close to go hiking, hunting, dirt biking, or snowmobiling. The trails are DNR managed trails, some of the best in the state!!
Hopefully you will come enjoy this property as much as we do!

Had a great time at this cozy getaway spot. Got tons of snow while we were there. Driveway got plowed, which helped a lot. Owner is very nice to work with.

Nostalgic Stay — Smoking property
The vrbo property manager was quick to connect us with the owner, Julie. She called with information about the property and let me know she was looking into our question about the clubhouse/pool availability during our stay. The contract Julie emailed indicated this was a no smoking property, but upon arrival a laminated paper on the refrigerator noted smoking was allowed in the basement or outside. This would have been good information to know prior to booking because some of us have allergies. The home had everything we needed in the cabinets and some of the appliances and plates reminded us of things our parents and grandparents used to own. Happy nostalgia. For folks who reserve in the future, if your bed is lumpy/bumpy check under the bed for a remote that controls firmness. We didn’t realize this until the second night and it made a difference. One other thing to note, the thermostat is locked out and controlled by the owner. Any desired change in temperature has to be communicated to the owner and she adjusts it.
Everything was very clean and great! We had a very fun time its a good place to visit for relaxing and fun.

Musty Basement
The house smelled very musty when we arrived. We had to open all the windows and turn on ceiling fans in order to try to get the smell out.
The downstairs had a bed however no one could sleep down there due to the musty smell.
I have allergies and they were terrible while we stayed. ( again due to the musty smell )
I also have NEVER stayed anywhere that charges the guest to pick up the trash ,($10 a bag) .
This is a great place to stay in the winter. We had 8 people and had plenty of room inside. Great location for snowmobilers with plenty of room for 3 trucks and trailers. Close proximity to the trails!
