This 2 bedroom holiday unit is in a very central, quiet location, close to shopping centre including coffee shops, with the beach 5 minutes walk away. Leave your car in the garage.

1: Expansive front beach for families has a shaded foreshore with "Cosy Corner" for wind protection. BBQ or picnic here. Large children's play ground available nearby.
2: 5 minute walk through parkland to Fisherman's Beach to fish, boat, BBQ or stroll.
3: Famous and very popular Torquay surf beach 0.75 km away.

Wonderful affordable family accomodation. Space for bikes, surf boards, and hosing down wetsuits this charming unit is perfect for a relaxed beach stay. Incredibly convenient location, a short walk to the supermarket, beach, and restaurants. We have booked again for next year already, many thanks for having us!

Avalon Airshow

Came from Adelaide for 2 nights and this place was all that was left. A very quiet location and lovely 2 bed unit. It had everything we needed and easy to get to the local shops. Very comfortable and clean unit. Highly recommended and we will absolutely be back again.

Location, location, location!

We love this unit for our summer family holiday! It’s old school but clean and wonderfully located only a short walk to the beach, park, supermarket and lots of lovely eatery’s. Thanks for having us stay, looking forward to coming back next summer already.

Short getaway.

This property was great for what we needed! Great location and very convenient in walking to shops and the beach. Joy was lovely, helpful and ensured the check in and check out process was smooth. Comfortable unit, quiet area and walking distance to town centre perfect for my needs. Joy (owner) made 2 courtesy calls just to make sure I was aware of what I needed to take to the unit re towels etc. Would recommend.

Neat and tidy

I classic original retro duplex complete with its original trappings and funky paisley carpets. Accommodation was very clean neat and tidy and served its purpose for a few days well. Close to shops and beach. Great central location.

Thanks for having us for the long weekend. This was perfect for our family of 4. Simple, homely & well looked after, it reminded me of my nana’s house :) It’s quiet, with great access to the beach & cafes. Joy was very friendly & gave clear explanations for access, amenities.

Fantastic location

We just had another wonderful summer holiday at Torquay. Highly recommend if you have young kids. We rode our bikes to the beach, playground, lolly shop and lots of family friendly restaurants. Unit is charmingly vintage, nice and clean and perfectly located. Thanks for having us, we can’t wait to return again next year
