A fabulous 5 bedroomed house with a modern design. On the ground level, marble flooring, king size bedroom, bathroom and large living area. The upper level consists of four bedrooms (main room with WIR, en-suite and spa bath), utility room, family bathroom, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher & coffee machine (capsules), living area and deck. All bedrooms have expansive wardrobe/storage space, blinds and block out curtains. The house has very efficient reverse cycle air conditioning operating on two separate systems upstairs and downstairs and both internal and external solar shades. Free wifi is available as are travel cots.

The kitchen has granite worktops, a dishwasher and is equipped to cover the majority of needs.

There is a BBQ area with table and chairs undercover, protected from the sun and the wind. Pets are generally allowed (please refer to owner).

Living Arrangement

Downstairs bedroom has a king size bed and the two double rooms upstairs have have queen sized beds (including the main bedroom with the en-suite). One bedroom has two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and the other bedroom two single beds which can be joined together to make a king size bed.

Upstairs living area has 42" TV, DVD/Video player.

Activites

Spend the day beach-side, swimming, fishing and diving. Explore some of the great local galleries and wineries including award winning Capel Vale Winery. There is a small reserve just across from the house with a children's playground for younger children and a tennis court near the community centre (5 min walk away). There is also the newly errected lookout just round the corner offering great views of Peppy Beach.
The caravan park has a bottle shop and small general store. They are open Thus/Fri/Sat nights for meals.

The property is only a 20 minute drive to either Bunbury or Busselton, and 45 minutes to Margaret River. The small town of Capel is 10 minutes away by car and can provide for all your grocery needs, post office, video shop, and gourmet pasta & pizza.

There is plenty to do in the area in addition to the huge number of wineries. For example in Bunbury there is the Dolphin Discovery Centre, in Busselton the jetty with the underwater observatory, Wonky Windmill Farm & Eco Park. In the Dunsborough area you have the Countrylife Farm and between September and December you can go on a sunset Whale Watch Tour. Margaret River/Yallingup you have the caves, Berry Farm, the Naturalistic Reptile Park, mazes & mini golf. Then there is The Ferguson Valley with Gnomeville!
