Located in the quiet beachfront settlement of Peppermint Grove Beach, The Beach House boasts 180 degree water views, convenient beach access and room to get the whole family together.

Peppermint Grove Beach offers the best of Geographe Bay without the hustle and bustle of Busselton and Dunsborough. In summer the beach is white sand, clear water and safe swimming for all ages. The Capel River mouth is a short walk away and is a popular fishing, surfing and beachcombing location. Basic supplies are available from The Peppermint Grove Caravan Park store, and the town of Capel is only a 15 minute drive away.

The property offers two kitchens and living areas, five bedrooms and three bathrooms in a duplex arrangement. The letting fee includes the whole property. The house is comfortable in any season, with air conditioning and ceiling fans for those hot summer days and two wood fires to keep you cosy in winter.

The beach is easily accessible from your private steps connecting directly to the public pedestrian access to the beach. There is also plenty to do with a children's play area, large lawn and many board games, Netflix and DVDs.

Amazing in every way

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property! It was the perfect spot with all the right amenities and was ideal for our family which consisted of 7 adults and two toddler aged children. It was so well situated to everything and was stocked with just the right things to make our stay super easy! Thank you for your wonderful hosting and hospitality! We all enjoyed our stay at property and already looking to book another stay. The location to the beach was by far a treat for early morning walks, teenagers repeat trips to swim or catch some afternoon waves on their boogie boards and the view of the ocean all day fantastic.No complaints, can not fault anything about our stay.

Fabulous Family Holiday

This house is in an amazing location overlooking Peppermint Grove Beach, with the beach only a short walk down and over the dune. The beach is beautiful and great for sunning, swimming, fishing and kayaking. The house is kitted put with everything you need and more. We would certainly stay here again.

Great for a group

Beautiful home. It is essentially two houses side by side. Works perfectly for a large family group with kids. It’s easy for the elders to have their own private space and then have main meals in one larger family space. Great location next to the beach. Loved it.

A fantastic location and place for a short or longer holiday

The Peppermint Grove Beach house is beautifully situated at the very banks of Peppermint Grove beach. The house has direct access to the beach and stunning views of the open ocean. It can accommodate small to large group/s of people with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone. It is equipped with everything you would need including games and toys for children. So happy I have discovered it when looking for accommodation, and looking forward to an opportunity to go back.

Sublime retreat in an idyllic location

As always, we found ourselves in a home away from home where 6 of us had plenty of space to relax and do our own thing or come together for games and puzzles around the big dining table, and drinks outside watching the spectacular sunsets over the Indian Ocean. I’ve been here a few times now with friends and family members and everyone agrees it’s their absolute favourite holiday location and accommodation. Heading home feeling super relaxed after daily swims, a kayak ride and lots of long walks on the golden beach. Thanks, Kath & Luke!

Happily ever after

What an absolutely perfect stay! The house, the location, the amenities, the homeliness! It’s the whole package! The weather quickly turned our plans to get married on the beach in front of the house however the property offered such a perfect view with a beautiful open grassed area, we were able to still make our special day work. Our family had a lovely stay with us and we all couldn’t have been happier. Kath and Luke should be so happy and proud of the home away from home they have built.

Idyllic seaside rendezvous

I have stayed here with family before. This time came with a group of friends and they were blown away by the beauty of the location, the view, the house and garden, which has been so tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, decorated and equipped. The beds are super comfy, and we wanted for nothing. Swam twice a day and delighted in the outdoor mermaid shower. Most sublime holiday ever. Thank you, Kath and Luke. And thank you to the dolphins, which we saw daily, dipping and gliding close to shore.

Family Christmas vacation

You can tell that the house is owned and lived in by a family. Every single bare necessity is provided for. Every small detail is thought of. Arriving to the property and taking in that view of the beach, is heavenly and breath taking. The house was so clean and tidy and gardens so manicured. The outdoor shower was definitely a trap with the smaller kids but an absolute luxury all the same. We spent hours at the long inside dining table playing games and doing puzzles. The hammocks were used for hours on end and the kids loved the boat out the front. Truly a memorable experience 🙂
