About this property

Peppy Harmony House Coastal Calm on Geographe Bay

Set between sea and forest, Peppy Harmony House is a stylish, sunlit escape just footsteps from the beach. Relax on the breezy verandah, spot parrots in the garden, or unwind in the private infrared sauna. Stroll the dune-top path with views from Bunbury to Cape Naturaliste, swim in calm summer waters, or surf dramatic winter waves. With wineries, cafes, and forest adventures nearby, this is your perfect base for beach days, nature walks, and coastal discovery.
Sky, sea, sun, and sand meet the majestic trees of the Tuart National Forest at this peaceful retreat, tucked away from the crowds. Step into laid-back comfort at Peppy Harmony House—a modern coastal escape nestled in Peppermint Grove Beach. Just a short stroll from the sand, this thoughtfully designed home blends relaxed beach vibes with practical comforts, making it ideal for families or small groups.

Inside, the light-filled open-plan living area features a striking vaulted ceiling, polished timber floors, and expansive windows that bring the coastal surroundings indoors. Unwind on plush sofas in air-conditioned comfort, stream your favourites on the smart TV, or enjoy a board game night with the family. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with European appliances, stone benchtops, and everything you need to cook up a feast, while the dining area makes mealtimes easy and social.

Step outside to the covered rear verandah, where native trees and visiting parrots set the scene for alfresco BBQ dinners or a quiet glass of wine. The surrounding garden is home to a wide variety of birdlife, adding to the home’s peaceful, nature-filled charm.

The house comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite. The second bedroom also includes a queen, while the third is fitted with both a double and single bed—perfect for families. The second bathroom includes a luxurious infrared sauna, ideal for warming up after a winter walk along the beach or through the forest. A second entry at the laundry offers easy access via the side staircase to the undercover parking area.

Peppy Harmony House has been designed with accessibility in mind. In addition to step-free front ramp access, the home features a single-level layout with hardwood floors, wide 870mm doorways and corridors, and accessible enhancements in the ensuite bathroom.

Undercover parking is provided for two passenger vehicles beneath the house. Please note that vehicles with a wheel track wider than 2000mm, including large trailers, cannot pass down the narrow driveway. Street parking is not permitted in Peppy Beach.

Peppy Harmony House is suited to couples, adult groups of up to six people, and families with children aged five and over.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Peppy Beach, as it’s known by locals, is a hidden gem in WA’s southwest, conveniently located between Bunbury and Busselton, just minutes off the Forrest Highway and less than 2 ½ hour drive from Perth. Peppy Harmony House is an ideal location from which to explore the Southwest region of Western Australia, with local attractions in the region all within easy reach. A quick drive through the scenic Tuart National Forest from Peppy Beach will lead you to Busselton, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Cape Naturaliste and Margaret River. Or head East to scenic Balingup, Nannup and Bridgetown. But once you arrive and begin to unwind, you may not want to leave!

The beach is a few minutes’ walk from Peppy Harmony House, with pedestrian and vehicle access via Barndi Walk just across the street. Dip into the sea and enjoy the expansive sandy beach of this oceanside haven. Soak in the coastline seaside vista from Bunbury to Cape Naturaliste as you stroll along the paved pathway atop the Peppy Beach dunes or from the Peppy Beach lookout, the highest point in the area offering a 360-degree panoramic view. A favourite local surfing spot in winter with dramatic seas and skies, Peppy Beach in summer is perfect for relaxing on the beach, swimming, paddling in the ocean, beach-combing, boating, fishing and kayaking. You may even encounter a dolphin in the shallow coastal waters as they cruise past Peppy. Sample a bottle of wine from Capel Vale, one of the Southwest's most awarded wineries just around the corner from Peppy, or visit the nearby town of Capel, offering shops and charming local cafes. There is a public playground at the other end of Peppy Beach and Forest Adventures in nearby Ludlow offers activities for ages 7+.
