Enjoy this peaceful cottage with a park like setting on the Rifle River. Take in beautiful views of the river and wildlife.

We have several kayaks that guests can use to enjoy a relaxing trip down the river or one of the several lakes nearby.

There are two fire pits, a larger one by the river and one next to the house with firewood provided for your use.

The house is beautiful furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. There are two comfortable queen beds and twin bunk bends with plenty of room for all to enjoy.

Place all towels in basket in bathroom. No dishes are to be left in the sink. Please clean and put away.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house. You will lose your deposit.

Great place to stay! Right on the river and cozy in the woods! House was equipped with almost everything we needed. It was very clean, but could have left out a broom for us to clean up grass/ and or dirt that got tracked in. Thank you! We will be back!!

July 4th family trip

We all loved our stay, such a beautiful home and amazing property right on the river. Our dog couldn't get enough of playing in the river and we enjoyed floating in tubes from Rifle River park on Greenwood right back to the house in about an hour. Such a great place to vacation!
