BATEMANS BAY APARTMENT

This ultra modern, brand new 3 bedroom apartment is located right near the heart of Batemans Bay and the water and is only walking distance to the center of town which consists of Woolworths and Coles, pubs, clubs, fashion shops and great restaurants.

Spacious open plan living areas lead to a large balcony together with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Inside the gourmet kitchen provides everything you may possibly need.

Additional features include,

With the 3 bedrooms you also get 2 bathrooms, main with spa bath + private ensuite located off the master bedroom. 3 LED TV's, FOXTEL (cable TV), Free WIFI, new playstation 4, DVD player and plenty of board games for hours of fun, air-conditioning + heating. Also supplied, a high chair, a washing machine/dryer as well as all the things you would expect in a modern home.

Accommodation sleeps 9, queen beds in main and second bedrooms, plus a new bunk bed with a trundle underneath and a single bed in the third room. There is also a queen size blow up euro bed that can be placed in the large lounge room making a total for 9 people to sleep if need be.

The ambience of this well appointed apartment is perfect for a short break or a great escape.

It is our policy that no smoking in the apartment (balcony accepted), and a respectful amount of noise after 11pm due to surrounding neighbours.

Secure underground lockup parking for 2 cars or boats (up to 9 feet high) with plenty more parking in and around the complex.

Why worry about bringing your own sheets, blankets and towels. Most other properties in the area do not supply these items which can be a hassle to bring on your trip. Everything is supplied for you including all sheets, blankets, tea towels and bath towels (including foot towels and hand towels) for you to just come relax and enjoy.

Also coffee, sugar, hand soaps, dish washing detergent, washing machine detergent, and dish washing sponges are supplied to make your stay a little easier and with fewer items to bring.

Thanks for the great review Michele :) we were quiet taken back from the 'no wifi' comment as we have had free wifi in the apartment for many years & have never had a problem but after a bit of investigation found out that the wifi cord was taken by mistake by the guests before you. We stayed for 2 nights with a group of 6 consisting of 4 adults and 2 kids. The apartment had enough room, beds and entertainment to keep us all happy. Access/exit to the apartment is easy, no complicated codes or keys to muck around with. Good location close to CBD shops. Very happy with our stay, would happily book again!

Great short break

A really nice spaciest unit with everything you need for a great holiday. The living area is great and the cupboards were well stocked and with this having linen supplied adds up to a perfect holiday unit. The unit did however have only 2 coat-hangers which I am sure the owner were rectify and this only is no reason to not give this place 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Modern, well equipped and close to town. PS4 and board games kept the children entertained when the adults are busy. 2 x undercover car park with internal access to the apartment make it easier. Note access to the car park is via High Street instead of Pacific Street.

Great accommodation and amazing stay

The place was very clean and spacious. A beautiful location, close to the water and just what we needed to relax and unwind. We loved the different assortment of great board games, we haven’t had this much fun playing monopoly in years. We will be back to this place again very soon and highly recommend to all others.

Amazing getaway definite must see

Our family of 6 consisting of myself my husband and 4 kids ranging eight to two, had the opportunity to stay at Dions apartment for two nights. And i know i like to sus a place before i spend my dosh, so I'm going to try cover all the fantastic features and thoughtful extras that made me fall in love with my stay. Firstly We'll start with the Wi-Fi, being Telstra it had the decent reliable speeds you'd expect from a good provider. I was quiet chuffed no drop outs or speed limits you sometimes experience staying away. My personal favorite which I'll gladly tell anyone who will listen about haha is the beautiful Spa with colour changing lights and music inbuilt, and just to go that extra special little mile there's little colour changing light plugged in aswell which i thought was really cute. Dion's an absolute pleasure to deal with and always responds without hesitation to any questions or queries you may have, even when the poor darlin is run off her feet. She always takes the time to make sure you're stay is carefree and enjoyable. Very elegant yet sophisticated design, quality appliances with no short cuts or cheap throw togethers in sight. Wonderful clean space with an abundance of natural light and vibrant fresh and yet again sophisticated feel, with nice white tiles and solid wood dining tables. The beds are also very comfy with lots of pillows and tv and dvd palyer in the main room and also tv in the other room with big double bed. There is everything you could possibly ever need or want from the PS4 for the kids (or big kids lol) or a bit of Mario Bros 3 and Kirby on the Nintendo for those nostalgic feels. Big T.V and nice sound system with all the fandangles like screenshare, bluetooth, Wi-Fi capabilities and Foxtel. There's a huge cupboard with all the family night classics to play. Very spacious open plan so much that even with our family of 6 in the main area you could probably still hold a full jelly wrestling comp to the side and not feel like you're cramping each others style. And just to give you an idea about the level of attention to detail Dion and her staff have gone too, when i say everything is there i mean even down to spare light globes, sticky tape and little things like that. I brang my own portacot as i usually do when staying away, but was really impressed that there was a portacot provided with baby sling attachment if needed and a little baby bath and highchair and there was no need to prearrange as wit

perfect modern apartment to stay

This apartment gave us a perfect place to stay for our self driving study break tour. It was very clean and almost all things we might need were provided. very comfortable for my group of six young uni students. Also, Dion was very friendly. his fast response to my enquiries helped me a lot when I was planning my tour.

Fantastic unit, very spacious and modern in an excellent location. Very comfortable for my family to stay including my 14 week old baby. Host was great at communicating. Unfortunately guest before us broke the spa bath which was disappointing but in no way is this the hosts fault, we were advised promptly of this.
