About this property

SUNCHASE 103, 1st FLOOR, GULF/POOL VIEW. UNOBSTRUCTED GULF VIEW SIDE BALCONY

Sunchase is located within walking distance of restaurants, pizza, ice cream, the Hangout ect.some with in a block, others in a mile or less. I provide a notebook with menus [so you know the kind and price before going out] as well as brochures for the many activities that are available. Unit#103 is first floor, gulf/pool view with an unobstructed view of the gulf from the side balcony. Our pool has a hot tub and a shallow area for smaller children. The condo has a queen bed in master, twins in the 2nd bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa in the LR, full size w/d in unit,as well as fully equipped kitchen.All linens+beach towels are provided, with TV's in Lr and BR's. Perfect for families, couples, girl friend time or guys bonding/fishing time, really everyone could have a fabulous beach vacation

I hesitate to go into too much detail about our issues with our stay, as I have already communicated them to the owner, so I will not include them in this review. She was very receptive when we contacted her and did her best to remedy the situation. The location of the condo is excellent, close to everything we needed it to be. Check-in was a breeze as the owner had very detailed instructions and set up the parking pass ahead of time. She was also easy to get in touch with when we encountered our issues.

Home away from home

We love gulf shores and had a fantastic stay at sunchase! Family of 6 came from Indiana and this is home away from home!!! This is our 6th year coming but first to stay at Sunchase!! No complaints.. Great location , easy check in and check out. Condo was great. Felt like you had space. Couldn’t get the front TV to work but that wasnt a big deal for us. We enjoyed staying at Sunchase!! Convenience store is in walking distance and we love to get ice cream at island ice cream as well which is right beside.. very convenient! Of course we will be back

Right on the beach

Very convenient for beach goers. Very nice and comfortable condo. Owner is very helpful and easy to contact. Has a nice pool and hot tub. We love going to Gulf Shores.

Love this place!

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely place! Just steps from the beach and a couple of blocks from a restaurant and convenience store that had everything you'd ever need for beaching it! Also only a short drive (only minutes) from the main strip in Gulf Shores. Host was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. Can't wait to stay again!!

This was a great stay with everything we needed, and right next to the beach. We came down around spring break time which had me a little concerned, but this condo was located farther down the road from most of that and we were able to avoid those crowds. I would definitely like to stay again!

Good place for the money

Owner was extremely helpful and returned messages instantly. The place was perfectly convenient to the beach which was wonderful! The beach is maybe 30 feet from the building. Parking was great! Location was nice unless you are uncomfortable with people going up and down steps outside your window. It didn't bother us at all. The convenience was much more important. I flight of steps and you are at the unit. Pool was very small but nice woth a toddler and on days when the Temps were too cool for beach. The unit was clean on the surface but does need a deep clean. The master bedroom mattress could stand replacing, but we got a good price and it was worth it. We would not hesitate to go back, but only with 4 or fewer. It would be tight otherwise. Thank you, Pam. We enjoyed our time, there.

Good for Price

Overall was a good stay. Place could use a good deep cleaning & new beds/bedding (especially queen size) We went to Walmart and purchased 2 additional pillows and a blanket. Heavy rains did cause parking lot to flood temporarily (about 5-6 hours) Location was steps away from beach & pool.. We felt as tho we got what we paid for so not unhappy.

Great stay, no complaints!

We had a great stay! Condo is close to everything and Pam was helpful and quick to answer our messages. I loved that we were steps away from the beach, and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Unit has that old Florida charm, and was a nice size for our family of 4.

Condition of Condo

Condo was filthy, extreme musty smell, dishwasher had standing water, floors dirty, pull-out couch dumped a pile of sand on floor, toilet bowl had ring, bed sheets all had to be washed prior to use, no blankets for couch. Kitchen equipment needs updating and only 4 place settings/coffee mugs. Condo tastefully decorated but overall rating is for filthy condition. Very disappointed and personally embarrassed for my family.

The condo was very clean when we arrived. Great location. Quiet for the most part. Pool was small and overtaken by teens at night. Pam was very nice any time I had to contact her and very helpful. Will be staying again!

My husband and I purchased our 1st condo in 1988 at Sunchase. We had been looking for beach property for awhile and decided Gulf Shores and Sunchase were perfect. The area is quiet,family friendly and never over crowded, and only 1+ miles to all the activity you could ever crave. We were both from Illinois, so the warm South was very appealing. After my husband passed, I moved to Foley permanently, so am always close by if a guest has any problems.We eventually owned 4 condos at Sunchase and have rented them to guests since 1988, so have a very, easy, simple system, which is one of the reasons we have so many guests coming back year after year and telling their friends/co-workers about my condos. I also have direct gulf front 16569 and 868897.

Why they chose this property

Gulf Shores is still has that small beach town feel, in spite of the enormous growth of the area since we first purchased out 1st condo in 1988. I still love being right on the beach, sitting, swimming, walking and just absolutely being relaxed-the stress and outside pressures just disappear. I really enjoy having guests experience the same feeling, and so many have become friends, as they return year after year. My kids and grand kids absolutely look forward to their stay at the beach and I expect that they will continue on with owning the property.

What makes this property unique

Sunchase #103 is located on a very quiet,relaxing part of the beach, and yet within walking or easy driving distance, of all the amenities that a resort beach town offers. The condo has absolutely everything that you could want to enjoy a week or two at the beach. The pool/hot tub is steps away, as is the soft white sand and the crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. You can be as busy or relaxed as you choose, and then return to your "home" and relax in absolute comfort. For down time, kids DVD's, books, games and cards should fill the bill. My pricing is all inclusive with no other fees or charges
