Amaroo meaning 'lovely or beautiful place' is exactly what the area of Mt. Beauty is.

This lovely 3 bedroom split level home offers uninterupted views of Mt. Bogong from the upstairs living and deck area.
A large Deck extension makes the most of the spectacular view. Other upgrades include floorboards in living area upstairs and fresh new carpets and blinds in the bedrooms downstairs.
Mt. Beauty is a beautiful spot all year round. Great for skiing the areas of Falls Creek and Mt Hotham. Wonderful in summer with swimming in the refreshing Kiewa river, there is also a local swimming pool, golf course, tennis courts, horseriding, fishing, bushwalking etc.
Not to mention all the wineries and gourmet regions all within a short drive.

Located at 8 Coolumbooka Avenue, Tawonga South

The property is split level with an open plan living, dining, kitchen area upstairs with lovely views from large windows and beautiful deck extension.
There is a woodheater, electric space heater, airconditioner, flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player with Ipod dock, microwave, all your cooking requirements including a slow cooker for convenience while you're out enjoying the day.
Downstairs are 3 bedrooms 1 x double beds, 1 x queen bed and 2 x single bunks making sleeping for 8. 2 bedrooms have BIR and ceiling fans. Doonas, pillows, blankets, electric blankets provided.
BYO linen.
Hip bath/shower, laundry with washing machine. Clothes dryer in car port.
Sliding glass door from the loungeroom leads to a spacious deck with outdoor setting and BBQ for your relaxation.

Although a little older, the house is in great condition and has all the amenities you need. The living area is very comfortable and opens out onto a great deck with views of the mountains. We put the wood fire to good use on a chilly morning. The bedrooms are warm and comfortable and the bathroom works well. Make sure to remember you linen and take note that there is no wi-fi.

Amaroo is a great stay to make day trips to falls creek. It had a lovely chalet vibe.Gerlinde had great communication and resolved an issue we had with the cleaner who had missed cleaning the property prior to our stay.Host provided a partial refund for the inconvenience.

Perfect holiday home for family

We enjoyed a lot staying to this house for 2 nights. It has all the facilities for guests to make the holiday comfortable. The beauty surrounding area are second to none. You can enjoy The spectacular beauty from the upstairs docks of the house. I wish to stay this again soon
