Recently renovated, modern and perfectly positioned in the heart of Sunshine Beach, this stunning property is every bit coastal living. It’s an easy 2 minute stroll to the local coffee shops, cafes and the Sunshine Village, and just beyond, the beautiful Sunshine Beach.
Spread over three levels, it offers two ensuited bedrooms, air cond open plan lounge living/kitchen, a secure garage, visitor parking and balconies with ocean views. Back yard with Webber BBQ. Complimentary Wifi.
The Space
Lower level includes a small lock up garage, with remote doors. Laundry is complete with Miele washing machine and dryer. Entry to the property is from front door or garage area.
Second level has access to back courtyard and Webber BBQ. Also comprises of the master bedroom, ensuite with bath, air conditioning, TV and a balcony with ocean glimpses. The second bedroom again has its own ensuite and air conditioning.
Top level is a bright and sunny open plan with ocean views in the distance. Fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with air conditioning, TV and ceiling fans, or you may just prefer the ocean breezes. On the top level there is also a powder room, and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. In winter, as this property faces North East, sit on the balcony or inside and enjoy the warm winter sun.

Wonderful and quiet holiday pad - great proximity to patrolled surf beach, local stores/restaurants and away from the hustle of Noosa at New Years. The house is very nicely set up, clean, calming and minimal. Would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Kerriann. A+++

Beautiful townhouse. Brilliant Management
While the position was close to the beach it only had a small beach view. The townhouse was brilliant. Spotless and immaculately maintained. Management was amendable and willing to assist with any difficulties. Overall a wonderful holiday destination for our family.
