Just next to colonia condesa in the heart of colonia Escandon you find an oasis: Beautiful and cozy loft nicely decorated, with a gourmet kitchen and a lovely patio this is the place to stay. Walking distance from Chapultepec Castle, colonia roma/condesa bars and restaurants , or a short Uber ride from museums and Polanco Area.

The space
Loft divided in 3 big spaces, the bedroom, the kitchen/dinning and the patio. The gourmet kitchen fully equiped for cooking and it’s connected whit a lovely interior patio (25m2). the huge bedroom with a queen size mattress includes living room area. It has 2 full bathrooms

Guest access
Full acces to the entire appartment. You have access to Netflix and Amazon prime or almost any stream channel through an 55" smart TV.
Washer and dryer on site.

You may be asked to provide additional ID and to sign for the inventory check-in.
Housekeeping is scheduled every Wednesday at around 2:00 PM. This service is mandatory to keep the property in the best condition. The loft was charming, safe, and homey. The neighborhood provides tons of coffee shops, food of all types. There is quick access via uber to many of the desirable locations.We spent a few evenings just hanging out in the loft and it was very comfy.

Jesus was a nice host, responsive and always willing to help. The stay itself was great, the apartment felt just like home: It's spacious, secure, in quiet neighborhood, and had everything I needed. It was perfect for my 2 month stay in cdmx.

Modern and Comfortable

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here, everything was super clean and the host let us check in early which was awesome. Huge place for two people and we loved the hammock in the patio. Only downside I would say is the location which is a bit far from Condesa/Roma Norte (20-45 min walk) but with Uber being pretty inexpensive, it really wasnt an issue and the neighborhood itself is quiet and safe!

Amazing place to stay

Jesús is a wonderful host. He allowed me to check in earlier, held my booking when I needed and was quick to response to any questions I had. The flat is on a quiet street. It’s huge and beautiful. The patio is amazing for spending some time reading in a hammock. You will have everything you need in that place so I strongly recommend it to everyone and can’t wait to be back.

Everything was amazing.

The neighborhood was quiet, yet filled with everything a person needs to have a truly amazing experience in Mexico City. Jesus was wonderful and communicated very quickly and effectively. I especially enjoyed speaking with the two men who provided security at the front door every day.

Very spacious and well designed property. Lots of nice decor and useful kitchen tools and appliances. There are many burnt out light bulbs thought, in the range hood, over the main bedroom bathroom vanity, at the main entrance hallway. The vent pipe for the hot water heater was ripped and the owner moved the dryer vent hose to the water heater, so the gas dryer vents CO to the unit. If these issues are resolved it would have been a perfect stay.

Escandon Neighbor has a perfect location, a short walk gets you to colonia Condesa, Napoles and San Miguel Chapultepec. If you like to walk a little further (40min) you can easily get to colonia Juarez or colonia Roma. About one mile from chapultepec woods, the Castle and less than two miles from anthropology museum and Lincoln park in Polanco. The street its really safe for walking at any time, day or night. The neighbor its mainly residential and traditional but in the last years has started to develop really fast so many local business started to grow in the area.
