Modern 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms [ensuite & main bathroom], large outdoor decking area with huge BBQ, fantastic childrens area with cubby house & sand pit. Huge enclosed yard [1.5m fence]. Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hydronic heating, split system air conditioner ,wood fire heater, TV'S, stereo, Blu Ray.

Some toys, DVDs, Wii, highchair, playstation 2, rocker avail,
fire wood also supplied.

My parents had a fantastic time staying at James’ place. The house was beautifully presented and had absolutely everything they needed. Heating was warm, beds comfy and James was great at communicating.

Lovely beach house, big enough for our party of 6, and walking distance from the beach and shops. Very helpful host who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen has all the utensils and electrical equipment you'll need to cook meals. Comfortable double beds. Spotlessly clean. It would be great if there were flyscreens on the windows and doors, as there were a few mozzies around, but that would be my only suggestion. Very enjoyable stay.

Great spacious home. Lovely big dining table and lots of couch space. Big bathroom and good size bedrooms. Spacious backyard and nice area for outdoor dining. Lots of nice amenities such as the coffee pods. Would definitely stay again!

Thanks Kaye, we do love our place , I’m trying to keep up with the little things… Better games for kids, would love to one day get a cool backyard cricket area and a real coffe machine ( time to move on from the pods😀).
