This family home features a combined kitchen and living area, furnished with retro furniture, and offers views of the golf course from every window. The kitchen is perfect for gathering and preparing meals, and it is equipped with a dishwasher, double electric oven (including grill), gas hotplates, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bedrooms are at the front of the house, with the master bedroom boasting a queen-size bed, en-suite, and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third has three single beds. The main bathroom is off the hallway and features a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity.

The home is designed for entertaining. In the heart of the property, a courtyard is protected from wind and receives plenty of sunshine, making it ideal for hosting family barbeques. The lounge and dining room are centrally located, providing a comfortable space to relax in front of the gas log fire, read a book, or enjoy the view of the golfers playing nearby. The formal dining table can accommodate up to 10 guests, perfect for hosting a family meal.

The local recreational reserve is just a few minute's walk away, where children can enjoy play equipment such as slides and swings.
