Kia-Ora Cottage - Shaded Garden with space for the Kids to Play

Located just 600 meters from Flinders Beach, shops, and restaurants, Kia-Ora Cottage offers the perfect cosy retreat. Set on a quarter-acre, the property features a large verandah, trampoline, table tennis, and space for the kids to play. You can wander to the golf course or Flinders Pier for fishing and beach walks, including a dog beach.

Inside, enjoy a cozy lounge with an open fireplace, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and three bedrooms with two TVs for added comfort. The bathroom includes a bath, shower, and vanity, with a separate toilet. Just a minute’s drive to the pier, and close to local cafes, wineries, animal farms, and breweries, Kia-Ora Cottage is the perfect base to explore the Mornington Peninsula.

Allows comfortable stay for 6 people, approx. Six adults, or four adults, plus 2-4 children.

Flinders stay

We loved Kia Ora and flinders so much. The house was so well appointed, spacious and comfortable. It had everything you could need and more. The kids cried when we left. We hope to be back in warmer weather.

Gorgeous cottage

Beautiful property with lots of luxury touches that we appreciated - beautiful bed linen, plentiful towels, fantastic kitchen supplies and crockery made this home a very relaxing place to spend an Easter weekend! The beautiful garden and seating on the verandah was also well utilised by us all - overall a wonderful place to stay. The only downside to this gorgeous home is the bathroom - while serviceable, it is in need of an update.

Beautiful peaceful experience

The house is in a peaceful street, with a lovely large garden. Everything is beautifully designed and provided for guests. Comfortable, stylish , clean . Loved our stay in an obviously much loved and cared for family home - didn’t want to go anywhere . Ps A little frustrating going through real estate agents - slower response and more impersonal than my previous experiences when dealing directly with owners .
