Oceanfront Paradise! (15 minutes from Duval)

Stunning open water views from this beautiful oceanfront home. You can enjoy quiet mornings and spectacular sunsets.

The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, and attached master bathroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. Second bathroom can be accessed from the main living/kitchen area, as well as from the guest bedroom hallway. There is a limit of 2 pets only.

This home has a fully equipped kitchen/dining area sitting for 6, as well a spacious living area, with a queen size sofa sleeper and a big screen TV. Just exit the living room, and you can enjoy spectacular views from the upstairs patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Guests have full access to both Atlantic and Gulf from our 44 feet seawall.

The downstairs area is covered, and includes a dining table and grill, where you can cook your fresh catch. There is also covered parking for 2 cars. You can explore the beautiful bay area from the home using the 2 kayaks provided.
Enjoy a day out in the sun on one of the 4 lounge chairs or watch the unique sunset from the lower level concrete patio by the water, also have a glass of wine in our TIKI HUT and enjoy the view!

The neighborhood has a large community park with tennis courts, basketball, playground and a large field. It is also within walking distance to the world-famous Baby’s Coffee shop.

This home is located only 10 minutes to beautiful island of Key West. Come and see what the Florida Keys have to offer!!!

Property is a great place for relaxing. Beautiful sunsets, wonderful Atlantic view. Owners are helpful and accommodating. Short drive to Duvall St and the attractions of Old Town Key West. Neighbors are friendly. Safe neighborhood. We look forward to staying here again.

Bay Point

We really enjoyed our month at Bay Point! The house is clean and updated. It is exactly as pictured. The sunset views were beautiful! Our dishwasher broke, and the owner fixed it as quickly as possible, and they were very friendly! I would stay there again for sure.

Perfect vacation place in the Keys

We absolutely loved our time here! The house is located on a quiet street, has gorgeous water views and lovely outdoor seating areas and garden. The house is airy and modern, very clean and with lovely Keys decor and art. There are steps into the water, which made use of the kayaks and paddle boards easy. We liked the quiet and the privacy, but it was also an easy short drive down to Key West for dinner or other activities. Our host made checkin and checkout very easy, and the host's assistant gave us excellent suggestions for a fresh seafood market and local restaurants. Thank you so much for all these happy memories!

The view is the best!

The fantastic open-water view is the best feature of this property, but the house itself is excellent as well. It’s been recently remodeled, and everything is basically new and very clean. The master bedroom is large and the guest bedroom adequate. Both baths have shower panels with rainfall heads and body jets. The kitchen is well equipped but just a little on the small side. Julian, the owner said he is considering adding an island, which will take care of storage and countertop space issues. There were a couple of very minor items that the owners addressed cheerfully and promptly. I’ve rented a half-dozen places in the Lower Keys over the years and this is the one to which I most want to return. Overall, a very pleasant experience. My thanks to Julian and Caterina for a great experience.
