Experience the comfortable luxury of this beautiful beach home. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is ADA accessible, sleeps up to 6, has a large fully fenced patio area, gourmet kitchen, and WiFi. Located in the peaceful Four Sisters Village, on the beach side of Cape Kiwanda Drive, it's a 5 minute walk to the sand and the Nestucca River.

Walking into this home you will notice the high-end kitchen, vaulted ceilings, welcoming furniture in the living room, and a cozy gas fireplace. This home is perfect for relaxing with family and friends with it's fully equipped gourmet kitchen and the expanded seating at both the dining table and the kitchen island. On a warm coastal evening drift out into the privately fenced back patio and relax on the comfortable patio furnishings. Every corner has been thought out to perfection, come enjoy this magnificent beach house.

This home is pet, smoke and vape free.

Bedrooms: All the bedrooms feature plush beds and luxury bedding. There are three bedrooms; two are on the main floor and one is upstairs. The two downstairs guest bedrooms each feature queen size beds. The master suite is upstairs features a king size bed.

Bathrooms: There are 2 1/2 bathrooms. The master bath is located within the Master Suite and includes a walk-in shower. Downstairs there is full bathroom with an ADA accessible shower located next to the two bedrooms. The half bath is located adjacent to the dining area. Bathrooms include hairdryers.

Internet Access: The house has a fast, reliable, and private wifi internet connection.

Laundry: Washer and Dryer are located in the utility closet adjacent to the kitchen.

Entertainment: There are four Smart/Wifi enabled TV's in the house. One is in the living room, and one in each of the three bedrooms.

Beach Access: The house is located in Four Sisters Village which is on the beach side of Cape Kiwanda Drive. Take the paved trail located just around the corner from the house to the beach (less than a 5 minute walk) or drive to one of the many beach access points just minutes away.

Parking: There is parking for one car in the garage, one small car in the driveway.

ADA Accessibility: We have a concrete ramp that leads from the driveway/sidewalk in front of the house directly into the main floor. The main floor has wide hallways , a roomy kitchen and an accessible full-bath including shower.

The house is very nice, it was clean and organized. Would have liked to have dish cloth and hot pads in the kitchen. Everything was fine, we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy quiet house

The house was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. We did have issues with the garbage bin being totally full and tried to message housekeeper when host was unavailable but had no luck getting a response.The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet and the location was close to everything in town. Beach access was a short walk. My family really enjoyed staying at this house.

Great house and close to beach.

House has a great layout for the square footage. I liked that there wasn’t a lot of stuff everyone (furniture, decor etc). It was not cluttered and was clean. One down side is there were no fans and no A/C , with temperatures increasing overall I would recommend adding A/C or having a fan in every room To circulate air. We would stay again. Thanks !

Terrible experience

When we arrived the property was unkempt and dirty. Wet towels in the washing machine, hair and residue on tne refrigerator shelves, hair on the shower walls and drains, etc. The outside garbage can was completely full. I reached out to the property hosts immediately to document my concerns but received no response. When my husband and I went to bed we discovered the line was in the primary bedroom were filthy, covered in hair, sand, blood spots and various other stains. We sent another VRBO message to the hosts and sent pictures and videos to the cell phone numbers listed in the property manual and again received no response. My husband and I slept on the floor. We packed up and vacated the property first thing the following morning due to the disgusting and unsanitary conditions this property was left in prior to our arrival. We spent one night of the three night stay in this home. I have completed a good neighbor form through VRBO and have documented all issues. Avoid this property and these hosts at all costs——our beach getaway was ruined and we had to find last minute accommodations for a party of 8 elsewhere in Pacific City.

We loved staying in this beautiful house. Everything was decorated perfectly and the house was laid out really well. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach, and we appreciated the outdoor shower on the back patio to rinse off when we got home. Thank you!

They need to make sure their listing has accurate information on Vrbo instead of saying they have no idea what info Vrbo gave me. Could of used the extra hour we couldn't get in to clean up a little. I had to unload the previous occupants dishes and the garbage was stuffed full when we got there on Friday.

Nice house small issues

House was great, spacious and very comfortable for us all. But there were some small inconveniences that need to be repaired, like slow draining sinks, dishwasher didn’t work very well and broken lighters.

Beach Trip 2019

Amazing property !! Loved everything about it !! Very well stocked with all appliances and utilities!! That’s the plus :) washer and dryer was also something big cause it was 13 of us so we washed everyday no matter what to keep up with laundry !! Totally recommended to anybody looking for something close to the beach river and grocery store 😁

Relaxing and wonderful family vacation

We had two families with a total of 13 people staying in the home and we all had a great time. It really was so close to a beautiful beach. I loved how well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and appliances the kitchen was!! We loved the fire pit, patio chairs and beach chairs that were provided. Thanks!

Great vacation home!

We all really loved the home! Our only concerns were there was/is a roll of nails from a nail gun out the back garage door, also the paperwork mentioned that beach towels were on the property in the closets, there were no beach towels to be found. Otherwise the house was clean and comfortable! Great amenities! We would stay there again! Thank you!

If very clean and beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say it’s that it’s not as handicapped accessible as would’ve been nice. The bathroom on the main floor is quite small. The only way to get a wheelchair in there is to go in backwards. Other than that the house was great.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting.

My family and I were in town for our son's wedding and we rented a number of homes in Pacific City. Four Sisters was perfect for what we needed. Very well kept and comfortable. The home was well stocked and all we had to do was bring in our suitcases and we were good to go. Nice walk to the beach and the kids loved all the deer. It was really relaxing and such an enjoyable vacation.

Spacious home close to the beach.

Overall our stay was the very best with minor glitches. 1) The property manager told me I did not reserve through Travelocity! I decided the argument was not worth pursuing. 2) The neighbors were using or property's garbage and when we arrived the can was overflowing with no room to put our garbage. After meeting the garbage truck three days into our stay and convincing the driver to take our garbage we put the can in the garage and had no further problems. (I think those neighbors left, too.) 3) The hide-a-bed did not have a top sheet. There were no extra sheets to be found. Luckily we were able take a sheet from the top bunk that was not being used. 4) This place is advertised as sleeps 13 but there is privacy for 11 if all of the beds are full. The other two would be sleeping in the living room at opposite ends of the sectional sofa. This was my first experience with renting a house and would do it again at this facility but might take an extra set of sheets. All beds were comfortable. The kitchen is state of the art and the bathroom facilities were great. Parking is great for two vehicles.

Beautiful house!

Our family rented this house for our son’s wedding! It fit us perfectly. There was plenty of room for all of us. The bunk room was especially nice for the kids to watch their own tv. We really enjoyed our time there!!
