There are few places in the world as picturesque as Stewarts Bay with its pure white sand, crystal clear waters and large old growth forest right down to the beach. It is the perfect place to stroll on the sand, go for a dip, paddle, fish or just sit back and soak up the views.

There is plenty to do within a short walk or drive of the beach house. As well as all the Port Arthur Historic Site has to offer, there are dozens of amazing bush walks (including the now world famous Three Capes Walk), as well as exciting eco-adventure cruises which give you a front row seat to some of the most spectacular scenery in the country. You can even hit a golf ball across sea cliffs perhaps with a seal or whale spectating from far below. The Tasmanian Devil Unzoo, Port Arthur Lavender Farm, McHenrys Whiskey Distillery, Tasman Arch, the Blowhole, Remarkable Caves, and several historically important convict sites are all notable local attractions. Sea fishing can also be arranged.
