A studio Garden Flat in a lovely setting at beautiful Avoca Beach. Just a 15 minute walk to the beach and village or a 5 minute drive. The studio apartment has one queen size bed. Accommodates 2 people. There is a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, TV, an outdoor patio table setting, beach shower and barbecue. The studio has very comfortable reclining chairs for guests to put their feet up and relax. Lovely grounds.
Come stay at this retreat and enjoy Avoca Beach.
Besides a beautiful beach, enjoy the Avoca Beach Theatre which not only shows movies, but stages live shows. Restaurants overlooking the beach are perfect for that special occasion.

A hidden paradise

What a lovely little cottage nestled around a beautiful private garden. We were a short distance to beautiful beaches and a 5 minute drive to Terrigal. We stayed 3 nights it was a shame to leave. We will definitely go back and stay longer next time.

Great relaxing stay!

We had a great relaxing stay here! So nice and quiet nestled in the woods with a beautiful outlook of the National Park. Only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to some amazing hikes in Bouddi National Park. Would defiantly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a great time at Barry’s place! Barry was always available to answer all our questions and gave us some great tips to check out local spots! Place was private, comfortable and clean! The beds and chairs were comfy as! Would stay again!

Even though it was only for 1 x night, it turned out to be the perfect location for the event.

Peaceful Oasis

Lovely setting overlooking bush and hearing the bellbirds echoing over the valley.. We were there when temperatures were 40 degrees with internal fans, shaded patio and single story level handling the temperatures extremely well .. pleasantly cool .. would recommend to others .. thankyou for a most pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay at Rockwall. Outstanding features include peaceful location, bushy outlook with very comfortable lounge chairs. The tinkly sound of the bellbirds was enchanting. One slight disadvantage was the four steps up to the bedroom from the rest of the apartment - making for an awkward descent at night to the bathroom. A hand rail may be beneficial. Location is a 20 minute walk to the beach with a climb on the return journey - kept us fit!!

We absolutely loved it! Rockewell is a warm, immaculate and beautifully furnished retreat with lovely views of the bush and perfect proximity to the beach. We walked in and didn't want to leave. If you want a quiet night in, the three piece lounge and recliners are comfy enough to fall asleep in. We couldn't get over the comfort of the bed and the kitchen is well equipt. We spent a few hours on the balcony reading, watching the view and enjoying the birdlife. The owner is lovely and prompt for those of you after a speedy response to enquiries.We hope to be back soon!
