The Space
Upstairs is where everyone naturally gathers. The open-concept great room is bright and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings and a layout that makes it easy to cook, play, and relax together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for group meals, and the expansive deck is made for summer grilling, morning coffee, and après-adventure lounging.

Just off the great room, you’ll find the king ensuite bedroom with its own attached bathroom, plus direct access to the private hot tub. Sneak out for a late-night soak without waking the crew.

Downstairs, the sleeping spaces are perfect for families and mixed groups:

Good to Know About Cooling
Like many Sunriver homes, Splitrock 8 does not have air conditioning. The good news: cool mountain evenings, shade from the pines, and nearby rivers and lakes make this a great spot for a slower-paced, “ice cream and iced beer” kind of summer.
