Check out this seventh floor Gulf front condo at La Vistana in Redington Shores! New owners have replaced carpeting with tile, repainted in beautiful tropical colors and upgraded furnishings to a 'Tommy Bahama' style. Note: One month minimum per condo rules.
Your entertainment needs will be met with four cable-ready TVs throughout, free wireless internet and free North American long distance calling. Bedding has been replaced to sleep eight guests with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom and a queen size bed in the third bedroom. La Vistana Condominiums are exquisite luxury residences located in Redington Shores. These condos are designed with elegant Island Mediterranean architecture. There are a total of 42 units in this gated complex. The common area has dual elevators, balconies, and a skylight-topped atrium. Additional exterior features include a Gulf front heated pool and two spas, fitness room and a recreation deck with BBQ and picnic areas.
Redington Shores is bordered by North Redington Beach to the north, Madeira Beach to the south, the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. Redington Beach is primarily a waterfront residential community, and the town is approximately 1 square mile in size.
The town of North Redington Beach lies in the heart of the sun coast's beach communities halfway between Clearwater to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south. Redington Shores is just 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and offers easy access to all major cities and attractions in the Tampa Bay area. Along the main stretch of Gulf Blvd, which links all these beach communities, you'll find lots of popular and local breakfast, lunch and dining establishments as well as the Redington Long Pier for world-class fishing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have rented this unit for the past four years with complete satisfaction. The condo itself is a great unit and we have enjoyed our annual visits. Construction of the new building next door detracted somewhat from the experience this year, but fortunately the view was only partially blocked. My car, however, is splattered with what appears to be masonry particles, and they are not easily removed. Other concern at the moment is the steep price increase for next year. Almost enough to cause us to cancel for 2016, especially with the devalued Canadian dollar.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was appointed quite nicely but the pool wasn't heated as advertised and one of the spas was like ice water - no heat at all. The pool capacity is 20 and with 40 condos there aren't enough chairs so you had to go early but then the condo itself shadowed the pool until about noon. The tenants above us had a child that was constantly running around and you could hear his footsteps and scraping of chairs all the time. It also advertised a fitness room but you had to have a key and none was provided so we couldn't get in. The beach was excellent though and that's where we had to spend most of our time - bring your own beach chairs. Too much money for the issues we encountered.
