The master suite is spacious with an beautiful updated master bath. 2 Guests rooms allow you to enjoy company during your stay. You will not be disappointed! January and February must rent prior to March being rented. $150.00 application fee for association approval required more than 30 days in advance. If less than 30 days in advance, there is an additional $100.00 fee.

Beach Perfect Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very well maintained, the location is excellent and not crowded. Mrs. Sharon was very kind, she was always in communication with us throughout the rental process. The only problem we found was that the unit next door is being remodeled and it was quite noisy early in the morning. For the rest everything was perfect. Next year we will definitely come back if it is available.
