Court Room 100 in Port Douglas was a very spacious comfortable and affordable accommodation choice. All the way through to having Bath Sheets instead of small towels, Location location!
Great central town location, walking distance to everything, including great restaurants, cafe’s, pubs, clean, quiet, loved the resort pool just outside the door, roomy and bright, very comfortable, all the facilities you need!! Highly recommend

Looks like the bed, which is wonderfully comfortable, could be used as 2 singles?

The apartment was a clean, tidy, spacious and in a great location in the middle of town. It was also very quiet and private with doors opening to a lovely balcony and overlooking the pool and BBQ facilities. We loved it. Thanks
This beautiful place is tucked in the absolute centre of PD, walking distance to EVERYTHING, supermarket, restaurants, massages, 4 miles beach, etc. Private balcony, and entrance, overlooking a bank of gorgeous tropical trees and the pool. Small kitchenette good for cooking if you don’t feel like going out. My partner and I absolutely loved our short stay here. Next time we probably won’t hire a car cause everything was within 5 -10mins walk.
Marina is super lovely, we’d love to go back and stay there again.

On the positive side the bed was large & very comfortable & the shower was excellent. The management team were first class & helpful, ensuring any issues were dealt with in a timely fashion. On the down side the property in our opinion is not suitable for a long term stay. We were there for 5 weeks & the kitchen was not adequate for this length of stay, with just a tiny microwave & no actual oven, & no area for food preparation although to be fair on reading the description no oven was mentioned.The small pool & BBQ appears to be shared by the 20 apartments in the Mantra building & the pool was directly outside our seating area.Port Douglas is a pretty friendly town with many good restaurants, particularly Melaleuca, Seabean & Wrasse & Rowe. The high street is full of very interesting individual friendly shops & augmented by a Coles supermarket.In summary we feel that the apartment is suitable for short stays given the limited kitchen space & equipment.
This apartment is central to everywhere, and what an apartment it is! Definitely luxury in paradise, everything you will need for a restful holiday, and the bed.....OMG, best sleep ever!
Marina, the owner, is so very lovely and was extremely knowledgeable regarding the area. Advised us to book restaurants in advance, which was fortuitous as all restaurants were sold out for the week we were there, thanks Marina.

Fantastic place to stay, right in the centre of Port Douglas!
If you love the hubbub of being in town then you'll love Marina's place, Courthouse 100. Easy access to restaurants/pubs, cafe's, the marina, markets, tours, four mile beach and heaps more. The place itself is secluded and private. We loved the pool, private deck and the apartment had everything we wanted for a very relaxing stay. Port Douglas use rent hideaway
Court Room 100 was very comfortable. The bed was fantastically comfortable and the little apartment was very well equipped and felt like a home away from home. After a hiccup when we arrived (we accidentally locked ourselves out without key or phone) it was an absolute delight. Immaculately clean with everything we needed to make our stay memorable. A relaxing peaceful sanctuary within Paradise
If you were able to pick a place to stay in Port Douglas, then Court Room 100 is a must. The apartment is like a peaceful sanctuary with a pool just off your deck to relax and unwind. So conveniently located you literally walk down a hallway through a discrete door and you are surrounded by restaurants and shops. From inside the apartment, you wouldn't know the action is so close. Unlike most apartments, Court Room 100 has all the right touches when it comes to styling and making you feel spoilt. Marina your host has thought of everything to make your stay very special. We felt privileged to have the opportunity to stay at Court Room 100

Lovely location
Marina's apartment is located at the sharp end of town with hotels, restaurants and cafes just outside the door. However it feels secluded and is in a lovely garden pool setting. It is spacious, beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Way over rated
Noise is a major problem..that's right, sleep was interrupted 4 nights in a row by the pub band next door (who finished playing at 2.00am on the Saturday night). The penetrating bass was like water torture. The other major noise is the building air con compressor which made sitting on the deck impossible without noise cancelling headphones. A dining room table would have been nice given that we couldn't use the outdoor table.

Hello Stuart, I am so sorry to hear your comments about the noise. I've not had this problem mentioned to me before so am wondering were you trying to sleep with the bi fold doors wide open all night? And, in particular I have never ever heard anyone mention there was noise from an air conditioner whilst sitting on the balcony, as all air conditioners are split systems and the external units are only in the underground car park not anywhere on the property itself. I am sorry to hear your experience was not perfection as per the continuous reviews I receive all year round.
