• Social distancing and masks must be worn when entering the office to collect keys. Keys can be dropped off to the silver box at the door of the office.

Stanmorr, one of Lorne's original homes, has been delightfully refurbished to provide comfort and serenity all year round. Enjoy views of Loutitt Bay from the expansive verandah, a barbeque on the rear deck or take a short stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants. In Winter, Stanmorr is the ideal spot to warm yourself by the open fire and catch up on your reading . Stanmorr is pet friendly. This property is not fully fenced and offers delightful gardens throughout.

Great location, basic amenities

Great location close to town and has two separate living areas (upstairs and downstairs). The general look and feel is very beach house and it is well set out, and there there is everything you need to live way from home conformably. However, BEWARE: there is no air conditioning. Air Conditioning was a feature that was advertised as a 'Feature Covered by Stayz Rental Assurance' when we booked, so we are currently following this up with Smyth Real Estate and the owners. You need air conditioning in Lorne in the summer. There are also no screens on the main doors, so when it is hot you cannot get a breeze through the house at night without a million insets invading. Overall, it is okay, but significantly overpriced given the fact there is no air conditioning.
