From the moment of booking Maureen was a fabulous host. We had a wonderful stay with our four children who vary from 5-14 years old. Everything was as we hoped and more, we all had plenty of space and lots to do. The house was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. The location was great, not too far from anything. Hi John
Thank you for your review. I’m pleased the property suited your group and have you all the space you needed. I wish you had have contacted me re oven I would have given you instructions how to use it. In my access detail notes I have stated the oven could be a little tricky if you haven’t used one of these before and the instruction booklet was in the drawer.
It is working perfectly.

Dream location.
We had a wonderful adult family holiday at WYUNAseven. The owner was very helpful and a has been a pleasure to work with. No boredom here - plenty to do at home - fishing from the pontoon, kayaking. A quiet relaxing location. The surrounding areas were picturesque, unpretentious with super friendly people. Bonus points for dog friendly accommodation and location.
This holiday home is highly recommended - lasting happy memories made here!!

We can not be more happier with our accommodation. Our family group consisted of several generations and everyone was catered for. We highly recommend this booking. Nothing appeared to be a problem.

Home was perfect for an extended weekend celebration with family. All needs were catered for with special mention of the comfortable beds, peace & quiet, light filled spaces to escape to, all mod cons and access to the river with supplied kayaks. Easy walk to Hastings St even for the 85 yr old grandmother. Check in and communications with Maureen was excellent. Highly recomended.

Fantastic property in an amazing locaiton
We had a fantastic stay at Wyuna 7. The house is very comfortable. There is a great layout of garden, pool and indoor and outdoor living areas, with the bedrooms all together. The most amazing thing about the property is its location however. Being at the end of one of Noosa's canals it is beautifully quiet given the general bustle of Noosa. And having your own beach and pontoon to jump off meant that, with three small children we didn't really have to leave the property to have an amazing holiday. Having the kayaks available for use was a real added bonus as well.
Couldn't recommend highly enough and would love to return again.

Thank you for your comments. I do hope you return to the amazing new WYUNAseven next year. Keep an eye on our Getaway2Noosa Facebook page to follow our progress.
We had a wonderful stay. The house is stunning with a great view. It has sliding doors that open on many sides to create the sense of living outside and also to capture the sea and cross breezes that are lovely and mean you don't have to sit inside with the a/c on. It is great to have the house open, which we really enjoyed during the day an evening. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fantastic. The owners, Maureen and her husband Dale, were really fantastic and were exceptionally gracious and very helpful. Maureen went out of her way to set up a bed downstairs for my elderly mother and gave her advice on where she could rent a reclining electric chair for my father, who is in his 90s. The location is a nice walk to both Hastings Street and Noosaville. It was a such a relaxing place to be on our vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & Maureen was very helpful throughout the whole process. We look forward to coming back to stay again as a family. Stunning property in a perfect relaxing location that was quiet but still close to Hastings St & Junction for restaurants & adventures
We had the best time at the property which is located on a beautiful waterway in Noosa. The outside space is stunning with sunset views over the river. Great cooking and BBQ facilities with outside dining area. Living room and bedrooms all beautiful but outside space the real winner. 20 minute walk to Hastings street. Easy check in/good communication with host. Thanks so much! Really special stay with family.

About the host
Hosted by Maureen Hoy
I am a serial renovator and developer who fell in love with Noosa on my first visit many years ago. My first purchase was a run down absolute Riverfront Townhouse I purchased and completely gutted. I created a stunning waterfront sanctuary I named IL Pelicano due to the frequent visits by Mr Pelican and his fine feathered friends. I holiday let this beautiful property for 10 years between our visits.
Requiring more room for family and friends I then Purchased an absolute waterfront property across the river I named WYUNAseven. I holiday let this little waterfront Gem for many years before knocking it down and building the new WYUNA 7 in 2016. This new luxurious waterfront home epitomises what Noosa waterfront living is all about. The location is peaceful and enjoys a N/NW orientation to capture all that beautiful Noosa Sunshine. The home is designed around a North facing courtyard capturing all the morning sun and providing a cooling late afternoon relaxing space. Doors from the house all open to this courtyard and through to the waterfront blurring the lines between indoors/outdoors. I hope many families enjoy our little piece of paradise as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
N/NW location to maximise available sunshine. Peaceful position for maximum relaxation. A flat walk to all that Noosa has to offer. Beautiful , tranquil water views. The Birdsong, fish ducks and Pelicans that never cease to entertain.
What makes this property unique
The location of the house midway between Hastings St/ beach and the River precinct restaurants is fantastic. The house is planned for families and captures the sunshine and breezes in a sheltered location.
