A beautiful home offering three living areas in the heart of Blacksburg...enjoy access to all the amenities of downtown & convenience of being steps from Lane Stadium and Virginia Tech's campus. Our main home offers 3 bed/3baths. Downstairs in-law suite with 2 bed/2baths, and studio guest suite - all connected but with separate entrances.

Our 1960's home is in a desirable, in town location. We have renovated & decorated almost every room. There are a few rooms that still have the 1960s charm as you will see. When there is very heavy rain, there can be a little water in the basement apartments so please plan to use the provided luggage racks for your bags.

Great location with tons of Baths & Beds

Amazing location…short walk to VT campus and Main Street restaurants/bars. Plenty of hang out spaces and a great deck. Just enough rooms and baths to accommodate our large family. Highly recommend.

Great for a game weekend

House was great for football game weekend. Outdoor deck was great for pre and post game activities. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of privacy for multiple adults. Location is prime for a game weekend

Amazing hosts, house, and location for large groups!

You wouldn't think it's possible, but the house is even more spacious and clean than the pictures! It was perfect for my large group to get together for a VT football weekend - perfect walking distance to campus and downtown areas. Having the deck and backyard were huge bonuses, and the neighbors were welcoming as well! As advertised, plenty of bedroom and bathroom spaces, and multiple living spaces indoors. Philip and Katie were excellent hosts - easy to contact, very simple check-out and check-in instructions, and even left us a welcome snack! We are excited to return!

Great location with room for everyone

The house was precisely what we needed for our group of 6 friends back for a football game. Everyone had their own space with bedrooms and bathrooms for each of us. Each person in the group commented on how the house was perfect for us. We would absolutely stay here again.
