VT Football VT and Radford Graduation Rental - Peaceful and private setting

We would love to open our home to you to come cheer the Hokies on at a football game, a visit during parents weekend or to celebrate a loved one's graduation. Our home is in a peaceful country setting with more privacy than you can imagine and only 5 minutes to Virginia Tech campus. Our home is located on 35 acres of private property with amazing views. Everything you need is included - full cable package, WiFi, towels, linens, outdoor grill, and equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms - two king beds, one queen and three full baths. Two full living rooms and an office with a queen size futon.

We have acquired an outdoor kitty (he found us!) that you may or may not see. During your stay we will pop in at a convenient time to feed him.

We are also conveniently located to Radford University with a 30 minute drive.

$1000 per night for football weekends and $1200 per night for graduation weekends. Already booked for 2024 VT Graduation dates.

ADDITIONAL CHARGE: $100 per night per person over 6 people.

It was so nice to be able to use the kitchen and decks, instead of fighting graduation crowds! The party was fun.
