Wonderful home and amazing outodoor area. The pool was to die for! We spent so much time outside in this beautiful tropical area. I posted photos to friends and they thought I was in a resort. All areas were as depicted and communication with the host was fantastic. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars was the mattresses were too firm for us, otherwise everything else was 5 stars!
Very clean, had everything needed, helpful host. Lots of space.

A fabulous house for a family holiday. Ideal location close to beach, park & cafe and very quiet. Pool is great with lovely setting, although quite deep for most of it. House isn't as modern as photos but still a great place for a relaxing break with everything we needed. Host very pleasant.

The whole family enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The house was just right for a relaxing break.
The property was perfect for a family with a wonderful pool. The kitchen was really well set up and
The rental experience was smooth and easy and Brian was very accommodating with letting us stay for a late checkout in our last day to allow us to enjoy the pool right up to the last minute.
Had a great stay in Port Douglas. The house is very spacious and allows a family to spread out or come together. Beach access is wothin walking distance. do
The house is perfect for relaxing by the pool and is only a short walk to the beach. Great for families. Brian was an excellent communicator and we really enjoyed our stay. 5 stars.
Very comfortable home for family vacation...great pool.
Owner , Brian, was very responsive to the couple of requests we had. We had a very restful 10 days.
Thanks Brian.
Easy check in process.
Everything within the house was as listed.
The pool and outdoor area was everything we wanted for a getaway from the cold NSW winter.
Really enjoyed staying. Thanks Brian.
Spacious house in quiet area, with great pool and perfect location to visit the area
Really enjoyed our stay at ‘Lorikeet on Coral’. Brian was really friendly and responsive to any queries we had. The house was perfect for our large family and the pool got regularly used. Highly recommended for those wanting to see the sights of port Douglas and norther Queensland
Good location, excellent swimming pool and well stocked with equipment etc.
However, the property and fittings are looking a bit tired and in need of a bit of TLC. For example dining room chairs need replacing.
This home had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We liked the quiet neighborhood and were happy to find great restaurants within walking distance. The home is short distance from the main hub in Port Douglas, but offered the escape we were looking for. Clean, well stocked and great communication from the host.
Loved the house, the pool was beautiful with pool towels provided as well as your bathroom towels. Brian was excellent to converse with. Also loved having the coffee machine in the house. Nice to have the use of ceiling fans rather than just the aircon. Overall amazing place and we would love to go back again!
Pool could be more user friendly by adding a ladder for easier access in and out.
Lighting is pretty poor throughout…maybe upgrade to LED.
Installation of an outdoor fan would be helpful in summer.

Hi Norma,
Thanks for your review and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. The pool is a lagoon style pool and is not suitable for a ladder though there is easy access into the pool from a couple of places. Thanks for your feedback on the lighting.
Best Wishes.
